This company is great. I've had a pretty bad rodent problem in my house and they have been super persistent with helping me rid them of my problem. Ralph the manager came in to assess the issue and formulated a deeper better plan for us and gave me peace of mind. All of the guys that have been to my house are super professional and knowledgeable too. I have and will continue to recommend Suburban to anyone that needs them.

Overall, I'm not going to say an A. Only because quite a while passed in between them coming. The woman was very nice, Carmen. The guys are nice to but one of them who came said, "it's so long in between" and I said my mother passed away what do you want for me? I really don't have to defend myself. That wasn't nice of them. The woman was very nice, she explained everything. The guy who came did all the rooms, but the guy who came the next time I just saw he sprayed around the top of the closet, the outside and the inside. The other guy didn't. They are always on time, there was only one time where they called to say they were not coming because the van broke down. And I asked them about coming the rest of the week and they said they were booked they were bucks later that day so I was annoyed.

I had them for two different services one for the pest control and the other for termite control. I ended up having to fire them from the pest control services. They came out just to monitor which was not helpful at all and they are not professional. I wanted to fire them immediately but I still had a contract with them.

Suburban does a great job, highly recommend

The first visit was an inspection to find out where they were coming in - they identified some holes and cracks in the foundation that we need to fix. I was surprised that the inspector never wanted to go in the house to find any possible access points inside, but I just trusted him. The treatment consisted of glue traps in areas where our cats couldn't access them and closed poison stations around the house on the affected floors. They also left a poison station in our yard, but hard to tell how that worked out with the burrows. The second visit found 3 mice and 1 rat in the glue traps. All of the traps and stations were refilled/reset, and the third visit thankfully didn't find anything new so they reset one more time and that was it. We haven't noticed a problem since. The only mild frustration was that during the first treatment, it was a different guy than the first inspection and he found an obvious burrow around the foundation/crawl space that the inspection had missed. I rated punctuality a B because one of the visits, the guy was running late, past our window, and nobody had called to let us know, I had to call them and find out the status. I understand when things come up, I just like to be kept informed so we aren't waiting around wondering.

We started using Suburban two years ago to combat an ant problem. At first they were great -- seeming to pinpoint the location of colonies outdoors and then traced their entry points into the house. The colonies died. However, they have gotten progressively worse - in the worst ways a pest business can decline. 1) not solving our ant problem 2) sending rude technicians to my home. Louis, is the absolute worst. we had to boot him out of our house on July 1st because of aggressiveness and rudeness. He refused to listen to the evidence and appearance of ants and he flat out refused to do any treatment of our home. He was supposed to come to our home on the 25th of June but 'forgot' his ant exterminating materials. Incompetence and rudeness are a terrible combination of traits. We're done with Suburban. Avoid this business.

Since we bought the house in July, we noticed a lot of bug activity around and inside the house specially crickets and spiders. We purchased the whole year membership back in September/2016 and the bugs reduced a lot! They came here every three months and also additional visits if I called them. So far the service is excellent, they even suggested to cut a few trees close to our home to get more sunlight and this really helped. I'm really satisfied with their services.

Chris was great, he explained what he was going to do and took the time to find out what issues we were having. He was thorough and easy to to work with. I would wholeheartedly recommend Suburban Pest Management.

Excellent Michael always does a great job

I originally gave Suburban a bad review because they didn't get rid of the mice in their initial round of service. However, once they learned I was unhappy with their service, they came back and really tried to make it right. They came for four more visits without charging me more and stepped up the aggressiveness of their efforts to get rid of the mice, which they finally did. So they really took it seriously and tried to make it right, which I appreciate a lot.

Inspected home, made suggestions for caulking, treatments etc. Problem resolved within a week. No more noises or scratching. Inspector was very professional and attentive to problem.

Rats avoided snap traps, but took the poison. No more rats.

Tech showed up on time. Very neat and professional. Very knowledgeable about different types of bait. Made a one-week followup visit as promised. We no longer have mice in our kitchen.

Thorough and complete home evaluation for pests and removal. Services were performed in two appointments. Prompt and courteous professional staff from the administrative staff to the men who came to my home.

Technician was punctual and answered questions.

Wilfredo came and another gentleman came and inspected possible entry ways the mice could be getting in my house. He pointed out a few places and suggested things I could do to prevent them from coming in then he told me about their treatment plans if I chose to do it. I took his advice on plugging up any possible entry ways. Thank God I haven't seen a mouse or any droppings since then. What I liked most about the Wilfredo is that he wasn't pushy with their plans. He simply gave me the pricing options for the service and left it at that. I also find their customer service to be courteous and professional.

Crew was on-time and explained their work clearly. After killing the wasps and cutting down the nest, they even showed our kids what the wasp's nest looked like to satisfy their curiosity.

So far so good. Very knowledgable staff. Quick response time. My exterminator was very polite and helpful.I opted for monthly service and contract was clear cut and if I decide I no longer want services it's pretty easy to opt out again. Would definitely recommend them

Went very well, all pests removed and also left traps in basement and attic.only minor complaint is that they left a lot of dirt/mud behind on the front door where one of the wasps nests was.

My building management company contracts with Suburban Pest Control. Our building is having an issue with pest and they were scheduled to come and inspect my apartment twice already. Neither one of the times worked out. For the first appointment I was supposed to be available between 2pm-5pm. After speaking with the super we set an appointment for 3:30pm and although the super spoke to me and notified the company rep, as did my teenage daughter, that I was on my way, the rep left the building at 3:25pm, right before I got there. Second time was today. The management set up the appointment between 10am-12pm. I was home since 8am and no one showed up. The super could not reach the company rep and when management called the company's main office, we were told that the rep knocked on my door and since he has already let the building we would have to reschedule once again. If he knocked on my door, I would open it as I did when the super knocked on my door to find out if the rep has already inspected the apartment. Two days of lost work and no results. Since the building management has a contract with them, they cannot send another company, so it appears that they don't have to respect other's time and can lie that they have tried to do an inspection when in reality they did not. That type of work ethic and professionalism can only work when you got yourself a contract and know that the business will be there whether you treat the clients the right way or not. Two days lost from work - my management cares, my super cares, Suburban Pest Control does not appear to care.

It was nice, the staff always friendly, usually always on time.

I use Suburban Pest Control. They were here September of 2015. The things are coming back that they were trying to exterminate. It cost about $650.

Went well he was very quick for my 2 family house he was in and out in about 30 minutes but it was very effective.

Their price was comparable with the others. They were on time. They did what they were supposed to do. They came with no hassle.
