We are always impressed with the professional and personable manner of their staff. They are always available to answer questions, responsive if out-of-the ordinary occurs. They are exceptionally punctual, and in contact before a visit and with follow-up. I highly recommend them.

Bee's in my daughters bedroom. Called the company on 10/4/19, set up appointment for 10/7/19. Appointment was canceled by the company the day of. They asked to reschedule for 10/15/19. Notified me 30 minutes after the appointment that they would not be coming. 11 Days later I still have the problem. No longer recommending this company due to lack of responsiveness.

Our service man, Luis, is such a gentleman. He is polite, professional and gregarious. We just love him !!!

Frank came to my house and inspected every crevice and corner. he proposed several solutions and made some recommendations on how best to address the problem. he was incredibly knowledgeable and thoughrough. after i signed a contract, he showed up with the technician and supervised the installation. i was very impressed with how organized and up front everything was. i highly recommend this company.

We are mostly free of pests, but occasionally still discover that a rodent has made it's way into our home. We haven't been conclusively able to figure out how they are getting in.

The initial inspector recommended a two visit treatment. As it turned out, the mice were too canny to be expelled in two visits. They responded immediately to my complaint and kept coming for three additional visits for no additional cost until the mice were gone. They arrived promptly for all the visits, were careful of our property, were professional and as a bonus were pleasant and personable.

Exterminators mostly on time & came when called. Very professional & helpful. Job well done.

When I called in I was given an estimate for checking for bed bugs which I was glad to hear would be discounted from the price of the service. The person that came for the inspection came right on time and was friendly. The crew that came for the first teatment were very good and efficient. The second treatment also went well. I’m glad to say we are bed bug free now thanks to Suburban Pest Control.

Several visits but done efficiently and basically handled on the first visit. Appropriate follow-ups were scheduled to insure that the problem was resolved.
