Description of Work: Waterbugs were discovered in the pipes when I had plumbing work done on my tub - this company came to the house, removed access panel for the tub pipes and sprayed. They inspected other parts of the house near water to assess for presence of bugs in other areas and sprayed parts of the basement near the water pipes. They are coming back next week to assess and spray again if necessary

Reviewed fine print with Angie from Angie's List's customer service who read the Dig Deal and fine print and agreed with me. Also, I had to get services today as the nesting is getting worse and Suburban could render a service until the 2nd week of September.

Description of Work: Inspected whole house and outbuilding for pests. Made recommendations about how we could take care of some issues ourselves. Did contracted work professionally and in a timely way.

Description of Work: got rid of 2 yellow jacket nest ,2 wasp nest,and treated for carpenter ants. sprinkled grandulars for ants and bugs in general. came in house and sprayed the perimeter of the interior and exterior of the house.placed mouse poison traps were needed.all products were safe from pets which i have a dog.went up in attic sprayed and put mouse boxes which has the packets of poison in them that can not be open he said by pets.the two men were very good ricky was the supervisior.

He asked about all manner of pests and left traps, etc. to ensure that the job was done properly. He was on time, which is greatly appreciated. I have used many pest control services and to me Suburban ranks up there with the best. I highly recommend.

Description of Work: We have an ant problem. They came and set out bait and sprayed. |So far it is much better, but we have since decided we need more and have contracted with them for acditional service.

Description of Work: A supervisor first inspected to see problem. Then a worker came and put paste around. Approximately one week later another worker came and repeated putting paste around (this was part of plan). |Unfortunately, we still had ants. When I called and explained the situation, another worker came out and repeated the pasting/gel. Since then problem seems to have been solved. |I am happy that the ant problem has resolved. I was very pleased that a worker was sent out at no additional cost when the problem continued. I was also very pleased with the professionalism and timeliness.

Description of Work: Purchased the annual service contract to take care of the ants and mice. The company responded quickly to my email service request, sent a technician within a few days and even sent me a refund check for a $40 discrepancy in the bill. Great customer service.
