Suburban Pest Control

The technician was prompt, professional, and able to deal with me over the phone since I was called away. He explained the situation in detail, offered concrete suggestions, and recommended websites to review. As a result, we implemented a number of suggestions and have just about eliminated the moth problem. In addition, we have made changes that will prevent future infestations. I could not be anymore pleased with Suburban Pest. You can not go wrong with them.

The inspector called the night before, confirming the appointment and then again that morning giving an exact time of arrival. He arrived right on the dot. We were very impressed by the thoroughness of the initial inspector and his explanations whenever he saw anything. He saw things that we had not and are very glad he did. At the end of the inspection, we sat down and he went through all his findings and said we could treat the two problem areas or since we had a generally high insect population to go with an annual program. There was no pressure at all. Since the two problem areas were covered by the annual program at no additional cost we went with that. We asked that the office call back to schedule the first appointment, which they did that evening and were able to meet out timing needs. The exterminator who came was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. He arrived on time and explained everything he was doing and how it would not affect us or our animals. He dealt with our two problem areas, sprayed inside and outside our house, set up termite monitoring stations, spread ant bait around in places the dog would not be exposed to it, and put out baited mouse traps. He explained that we should not expect anything at this time of the year in terms of mice, but to be ready when the weather gets cold. He also let us know that the ant issues we have on our patio will get better over time and not to expect instant results. He said it's better to use bait to try and eliminate the queen in the nest then use the old killer sprays that were toxic to the environment and people without taking care of the long term problem. He also left us packs of ant traps that we could put out if we see ants in a particular location inside. He could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable. As this happened this morning, we can not report on even short-term results yet, but from what we have seen from Suburban, I am confident that they will be positive. I'll update this in three months after the next visit. I strongly recommend them!!

The appointment was for this morning from 8am-10am and they didn’t show up. I called them at 10am and it turns out they didn’t even have me in their system. I took 3 hours out of work to wait for nothing. The worst part is that the man I spoke to on the phone never said sorry or made any suggestions on how to remedy the situation. I will be taking my business elsewhere and will never attempt to use them again. I will also make sure that friends don’t either.

We have a contract and they are very good. They come on a regular basis twice a year. We did have an incident with our eves last year and they came right away and were very good. They have been around a long time and are dependable.

I am happy with their services. I have been using them for many years. I have not shopped around and so, I am not sure about their price. I never see them when they are here. I have a contract with them for the rest of this year.

They worked all day long and continued into the night to be sure and do a complete job. Everyone was professional, efficient and friendly. To date, the problem is solved.

Gave great advice. We're a pretty messy and active household with children under 6. Haven't seen anything in 2 years. He walked through the entire house. I'll be calling them back this year.

Everything went very well. They came back when they said they would, one week after their initial visit.

They were called in to investigate possible squirrel problems in the attic. Declared (incorrectly, it turned out) to be a mouse problem. We subsequently caught squirrels via another company. They also, most importantly (and scarily) "pest-proofed" our house, which included a wire mesh over the dryer exhaust to prevent entry of rodents. Well, the exhaust got jammed with lint and almost set our dryer on fire. Extremely scary. I would strongly recommend AGAINST using this company.

It wasn't a fantastic experience, but it was good. We had to call them back out to retreat because we still had a problem with ants. They were on time, and very responsive. They were considered punctual, but they had a huge window of time that they told you when they could show up. Within that 5 hour window, they would show up and never be late. They were also very professional. I would hire them again in the future.

The people who came exterminate were punctual, knowledgeable and patient. They explained everything that they had done and answered all of my questions. It was a good experience from start to finish. The person who made the appointment was happy to hear that I had heard about the company from Angie's list so mention it if you call. The final price included tax which I didn't anticipate and that upped the total a little bit. If you want to have an accurate price quote make sure that you ask if tax is included in the price.

It didn't take to long. They are competitively priced. The customer service was excellent.

They were extremely helpful and courteous. They've already done two follow-ups! They were professional and I'm just very impressed with what they did.

Signed them to an annual agreement, which just started, but so far so good. They arrived on time and worked efficiently both inside and outside our home.

They do a good job spraying for household pests. They came originally to spray for ants and got rid of them. They are pleasant and efficient. They are professional, but they are expensive like many companies are in this area.

Suburban Pest Control does an effective job on our insect treatments. They also do a termite prevention annually. They are neat and clean and professional. Sometimes there are scheduling problems and they come when we aren't home. Then they have to come back to do the inside. We pay them quarterly for the insect spraying. The termite prevention costs $200/year.

Suburban Pest Control has been coming twice a year to treat for carpenter ants. They always send a reminder card and then call for an appointment. They are very accommodating to our schedule. They are dependable and professional. We pay them annually.

Suburban is really good about coming out if I need a spray in between treatments. They do a very good job with my mice problem. I do wish they would lower their prices as they are on the rather high side.

THEY ARE VERY EFFICIENT. THEY COME ONCE A MONTH, AND WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS SINCE THEY HAVE BEEN COMING. USUALLY, I'M NOT HERE, SO IT'S JUST WHATEVER. THEY JUST GET LET IN SO I'M NOT SURE ABOUT THEIR SERVICE EVERY TIME.

THIS WAS A GOOD COMPANY. THEY COME FOUR TIMES A YEAR. I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY ANTS, SO I THINK THEY ARE DOING A GOOD JOB. THE REPRESENTATIVES ARE NICE AND FRIENDLY.

I HAVE USED THEIR SERVICE FOR YEARS AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY SHOW UP IN A TIMELY MANNER, THE STAFF IS ALWAYS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY.

DID AN ALRIGHT JOB, I DON'T HAVE ANY TERMITES FOR THE TIME BEING. THE EXTERMINATOR WAS FRIENDLY AND LET ME KNOW WHAT HE WAS GOING TO BE DOING. HE WILL BACK IN THE SPRINGTIME. I HAVE A CONTRACT WITH HIM.

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY FOR FOUR YEARS. WE HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH BUGS SINCE. THEY SHOW UP AND GET THE JOB DONE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE BECAUSE THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB.

THEY HAVE BEEN VERY DEPENDABLE AND VERY HELPFUL. I LIKE THE WORK THAT WAS DONE. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM.
