Suburban Pest Control

I called Suburban after seeing an Angie's List $99 deal to inquire whether the treatment would work to handle a particular type of pest. They answered my questions and told me I wouldn't have to go back online to buy the deal - they'd honor the price over the phone. The technician who come out was on time and friendly and very knowledgeable. He provided treatment inside and outside the house and pointed out things I hadn't even noticed. I ended up signing up for a one year service contract - to which they apply the $99 fee for that day's service.

Very professional. We had used them in the past and they said that even though the angieslist coupon was for new customers only (I didn't see that in the fine print), they still honored the coupon and didn't give us any hassle. We have young kids and they already knew to wear covers over their shoes as they went through our home. Will DEFINITELY recommend and continue using Suburban

I have tried for a few years to get rid of a colony of ants that thrives in my back yard. I've tried food-grade diatomaceous earth, other household remedies and a few professional exterminators. The professionals at Suburban seem to have fixed the problem. And, most importantly they stand by their work they have visited the house twice so far and each time the exterminator studies and tries to find out where the ants are thriving and tries to get rid of them. I really love their persistence. Like I said, the problem seems to have gone away. The summer isn't quite here yet but I have every confidence that Suburban will take care of the problem if the ants come back.

This company was great to deal with, called back right away, did a thorough inspection, and set up the termite bait stations one day later. Very knowledgeable, professional, and reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Suburban Pest Control came out to my house last week for the $99 home inspection/treatment. The vendor was extremely professional and courteous. However, a week later I still had an ant problem. I called and asked they come check that enough bait was put out. They sent someone the next day who did a very thorough job of cleaning out the space and laying out the bait. I was very impressed with the second consultation and more impressed they didn't charge me for the follow-up. Thank you!

Ken gave me an estimate 2 months ago in the Summer. I called him 2 weeks ago to go ahead with the work, and he said he or his service manager, Rich, would come to my home the next week. Now, 2 weeks later, I call him and he says they decided not to do the work.I have no idea why they decided that, but the least they should have done is tell me of their decision, not left me here waiting for them.

It went well. Inspector was prompt and did check all possible locations for problems inside and out.

After our horrible experience with ORKINS, we decided to go in with Suburban as recommended by friends and Angies list. We were happy and impressed with the way we got treated in the first place by the field inspector who came to provied us with the rough estimate of the works needed to be done for the coming calendar year in our newly bought 40 years old home!! She went through every nook and corner of the property including the basement and crawl space and told us exactly what we should get done instead of signing the complete package for a lot less dollars. We highly recommend them for pest control services. They are not only reasonalbe with their prices, but are also punctual, professinoal and very courteous to family members at home.

Great! After 12 months of cryonite treatment and way too much pesticide at a cost of $2000, we called Suburban and inquired about the Thermal treatment. They were extremely responsive, professional and very discrete. The treatment took the better part of a day(they arrived at 8:00 am and finished up at around 5.) The good news is that we haven't had a bed bug since! I would highly recommend using Suburban Pest Management if you are unlucky enough to have bed bugs.

I do not live in the house but he used green chemicals which made it easy for my tenants. They did not have to take all dishes out of the cabinets. They did spray in kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and living rooms. I ordered a monthly contract for a total of one year.

Easy to schedule, very thorough, and really appreciate that he didn't try to up-sell us on extra things we didn't need.

We chose thermal rather than chemical treatment because it was said to be more effective and less toxic, although more expensive. It was effective. We have had no recurrences. With bed bugs you can't ask for more! The crew was professional, neat, and cleaned up well. I would absolutely recommend this company without reservation.

The first appointment was from 8:00 to 10:00 on July 1st. Because of the big raining, they called me and re-schedule the appointment from 15:00 to 17:00 on July 3rd. For this appointment, I worked at home whole day. So in the morning I called them and told them whenever they have spare time today, they can just come. Until 16:00, no one shows up. I called the company's phone assistants a couple of times. But I don't receive any call back. At last, the phone assistant called me and told me that the technician called me and I told him that I already had someone took care of it. I remembered that one guy called around noon. I thought is was from another company. So it is my mistake. Then the phone assistant re-arranged me the appointment between 15:00 and 17:00 on July 5th. Ok, I took another 2 hours off and waiting for their technician, no one showed up and no one contacted me. On Sunday and Monday morning, the company contacted me and apologized, explained what happened on the Friday situation and offered me a free service as compensation. The appointment was scheduled on July 11th morning. The technician showed up on time and very friendly. He checked the bee nest and explained me what type the bee is, what process he was going to do. He did an excellent job. At last he took away the trash. He left me a very good impression. I would like to try this company again.

It is a competitive rate. They come on weekends.
