Excellent. Josh responded very quickly to my requests and in a very professional manner each time, informing me upfront of the labor hourly rate cost and service charge so there wouldn't be any surprises. He followed-up with an e-mail indicating appointment date, time and fees, as previously discussed on the phone. The technicians were punctual, polite and cleaned up after themselves each time. They tested the installation to make sure everything worked properly. I would definitely recommend Flotechs Plumbing & Heating and would hire them again.

I have hired scores of home services, FloTechs were by far the best company I have dealt in terms of craftsmanship, skill and efficiency. The plumber, Dave is one of those sages of his craft, who does his work so well with so much dexterity is impressive, The work was done in what I consider to be textbook! Very please with a work of such quality, which seems that will last. What are relief. I believe I found my plumbing company for now and the future. I wish them the best and much success as I am sure to need them.

The work itself was of high quality but the technician was rude and unprofessional. The technician arrived late (went to the wrong town) and then was snide and condescending when we questioned the billing for the time he alleged the job took to complete.

Plumber arrived at promised time. Assessed problem and immediately knew what to do. Explained what was involved and estimated cost of fixing problem. Very professional and timely in doing work. Problem fixed in under an hour and cost was exactly as quoted. Plumber made sure no further leaks present before leaving.

We originally hired a random plumber off a Facebook group recommendation. Big mistake. After leaving his apprentice alone for 4 hours to find the source of the leak, I came downstairs to find the ceiling of the family room looking like Swiss cheese. In the end, they said the pipes were fine and we just needed to caulk around the drain. They left us having caulked around the drain and a ceiling poked full of holes. Thankfully we didn't patch up the ceiling right away. A couple of days later we noticed water was pooling in the plastic that was covering the holes in the ceiling. I joined Angie's list and tried again. Flo-tech was highly recommended so I gave them a shot. Dave was assigned the job and came on time and well prepared. He identified the problem in three minutes, but carried out the tests to ensure no unnecessary work was done. The tests confirmed his suspicions, and he quoted me the job and finished it the same day. He thoroughly explained everything he was doing as he went along. I felt the price was a little on the higher side, but fair for this area. More importantly, the work was done correctly and the problem was resolved. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I called Flotech this morning. They responded v quickly. They were here by 2 pm. They were v professional and thorough. Polite and knowledgeable. It was a tough situation for us, as our regular plumber bailed on us at the last minute. Flotech saved the day! I strongly recommend them and will probably use them again in the future!

Josh and Dave were awesome. They answered my late night call, talked me through shutting down the hot water heater, and came out the following morning. Dave also inspected all of our pipers and boilers...really quality service

the plumber called to tell me the exact time he would be and showed up on time! he explained what he was going to do before he did it and fix the problem quickly and cleaned up after himself. my kids don't even do that!!! very happy for the 2x with Flotech and will use them again!!!

Once the contract was signed, they immediately got the permits necessary and started work the next day. All work was completed in two days and both the heat and hot water work great! The guys are friendly, professional, punctual, and won't call a job finished until you are satisfied.

I was convinced that the whole faucet assembly needed to be replaced, which would of involved removing a sink and opening a sheetrock wall for access. Dave arrived punctually and inspected faucet. He found the problem and repaired, without having to replace the faucet, saving me hundreds of dollars. Josh returned all my emails promptly and professionally. Not easy to find an honest, professional service contractor who knows what their doing. I'm not only satisfied with the service, I'm grateful.

I have been a home owner in Yonkers for approximately 7 years and I’ve had my share of dealing with home repair technicians, some good some not so good! John was BY FAR the best technician I have experienced to date. It’s guys like him who will single handedly help grow your customer base. He was polite, professional, extremely efficient, assessed then explained the problem and how he was going to fix it, worked neatly and cleaned up everything when he was done. Seriously, make sure he’s well paid because workers like him are few and far between! Because of John, you just got yourself a customer for life! I told John I had used another local plumber in past and was not so pleased with the way they treated me. Thanks again and I look forward to working with you guys again in the near future.

The plumber and his assistant were excellent. He explained everything, and answered every question. He was patient and very organized. He was finished in about an hour. If we ever have a plumbing problem again, my first call would be to Flotechs Plumbing.

Turns out the issue wasn't the drain but the old toilet itself. They removed the old toilet and installed a new one and we no longer have any issues. They were professional and communicated very well.

Considering the situation, it went very well. I called and left a voicemail for Josh at 9:30pm on a Friday night and received a call back within 10 minutes. They were able to send a team to fix the broken waste pump the next morning and we were good to go in under two hours. Cannot thank the owner, Josh, and his two-person team enough for solving this for us so quickly! Thank you all so much!!

Rufino was great! Arrived on time ,replaced kitchen pipe and faucet.In one bathroom, he corrected a clogged pipeline,and then replaced the faucet. He also replace the fixtures in the main bathroom. I would definitley use Flo-Tech again!
