After failing to get a call back from a plumber I've used twice before, I called Flotechs and about 90 minutes later, the job was done. Dave was polite, careful, and clean. He started with the method that would do the least disturbance to the 90 year old pipes. Highly recommended.

They were very professional, friendly and completed the job well with time left. Excellent company with strong work ethic. Would highly recommend and work with them again.

From beginning to end Josh and his team were honest and reliable. Communication was great throughout the project and they delivered on their promise to have heat and hot water in the home on the scheduled date.

Boiler died overnight. Called Flotech at 8am, phone was answered, and the technician arrived at 9am. Fixed right away. John was very nice and efficient. Great email updates. Could not ask for anything faster or easier. I am a former landlord of an apartment complex and not easy to please, but Flotech did.

From the time I connected with Flotechs, the communication was excellent. I received a confirmation email immediately and then later an email with the name, photo and bio of the technician that would be visiting. Then I received a final confirm the day of the visit. Dave was the lead tech and he was able to quickly identify the problem. He clearly explained what was going on and how he was solving it. He also made a few other recommendations for ancillary work related to the issue but did not put any sales pressure on me (I did have him do a few of them). Both techs were courteous and professional. I would definitely use them again for my next plumbing need.

Always lay down tarp and during the hight of Covid, they came suited in Tyvek. When ever I have neighbors ask for a plumbing recommendation, i refer them without hesitation.

Josh returned my call almost immediately on a Saturday and his guys were there within an hour, even though I had never used them before. Dave and John were efficient and really nice guys. Great experience with Flotechs Plumbing! The owner Josh Benjamin was prompt in responding thru the Angie's LIst message board, and then in calling back to set up the job. Mary in the office was terrific too! They replaced my elderly mom's bathroom faucet and were on time, very professional, treated her beautifully and performed the work very well! Her condo has rules about entering thru the garage and they were understanding and cooperative. They even tightened a connection in her shower for her. Absolutely highly recommend them and am grateful to have found them through Angie's LIst! Thanks very much to Flotechs!

Fast efficient. Quicker than expected, plus explanations given. Jonny was amiable, competent efficient, respectful. Josh answered questions prior via email so that I had all of proper stuff before the visit. Also, lots of support about changing the shower setup - the next project. I will return to them with the next project. They find ways to save me money. Very satisfied!

My overall experience with Flotechs Plumbing was outstanding from my initial call to the completed job. The appointment was made over the phone and confirmed by email, which included the names and experience of the the two man team who would be doing the work. The team arrived on time the next day and completed the valve replacement in the estimated time and for what I considered a very reasonable cost. All communications with the firm were prompt and professional. I highly recommend Flotechs Plumbing and would definitely hire again.

I had a leak in my ceiling under my bathroom. I didn't know the cause. Flotech came out on time and identified the leak as coming from the toilet drain pipe. They repaired the leak quietly and cleaned up the area nicely. They even wore plastic boot coverings so they didn't track dirt throughout my house. Their fees were clear & reasonable. I was impressed by their professionalism and i would hire them again.

Flotechs Plumbing was GREAT. They responded to our SOS in the evening right after a major snow storm. They made an emergency appointment for that night. Everything was handled via email - payments, appointment confirmations, etc. It was all seamless. The crew arrived (two men) right on time (when they said they would) and not only got everything working, but they also cleaned out YEARS of gunk we didn't even know was there that was impacting the efficiency of the water heater. Ninety minutes later, the water heater was working and they were gone. Unparalleled service! A+ -- we didn't have an emergency plumbing team for our investment properties, but we do now!

It went very well. Josh, the owner, called me within 10 minutes of leaving a message. He sent someone the next day. I had the new unit in my possession so we agreed to do the job on a time and material basis. His office called me with the numbers and I agreed. Jonnie arrived at my house the next morning as promised and proceeded to do the job flawlessly while explaining to me what he was doing. He finished up and the pump works great. He made it look easy.

Company was very clear and responsive from the beginning. The plumbing tech they sent diagnosed the problem and fixed it efficiently. Would use again. Hard to find honest and reliable plumbers. They are all expensive but with this company you are getting real professionals.

These guys are amazing. They come when they say they are coming and are courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I have used them three times now, including one dire emergency, and have had the same experience each time. I really appreciate that they take the time to explain what they are doing and why it is necessary. They do mundane things like plugged toilets and complicated jobs like frozen pipes. I wouldn't call anyone else for a plumbing issue.

I had gas leak in the utility closet where the gas meter was kept. I was advised that tightening one fitting can cause problems to arise in other areas, and that I might still have to call ConEd to turn off the gas. I was given the option of having their plumber try to fix the leak, or calling ConEd right away. I chose to have the plumber try to fix the problem. Although the plumber tightened the leaking pipe, and a spray test showed all my connections as leak-free that day, the gas smell came back in a few days. In other words, tightening one fitting put more pressure elsewhere in the system, and ConEd had to be called in to turn off my gas, since that is the only way to really find all the leaks. Flotechs oversaw the entire process with ConEd as well as getting the village permits needed. Plumber returned once gas was off and tightened the leaking connection. After pressure testing (can only be done with gas shut off), another leak showed up. After tightening that one, another connection was found to be leaking. In total, there were 6 leaking connections from a renovation done 5 years ago that replaced the gas piping throughout the house. All the previous piping had to be replaced because of faulty seals (work not done by FloTechs). The plumber then moved throughout the house, checking every gas appliance and fitting to make sure they weren't missing anything. Spray tests and pressure tests found lots of leaks, unfortunately. They obtained the village permits for the gas integrity test and miraculously got ConEd out within a day to turn the gas back on (in itself a miracle). While it was a miserable experience, I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and skill of the plumbers sent to fix the problem. They explained the pros and cons of various approaches in a way that minimized the cost to me. In the end, although I had to replace piping (required by ConEd), I am confident that the work done will last decades. Great crew, I would hire them in an instant. They have done minor work for me as well (replacing toilet flappers, dealing with frozen water pipes), always fast, professional and extremely skilled. Having dealt with other plumbers in the area, these guys are the best and extremely honest.
