All of the Flotechs guys are great, prompt, and explain everything. We called them to fix the sink, liked them so much we had them install a garbage disposal as well. Very happy with the work and the way in which they followed up, we have found our plumbing professionals.

Excellent! Flotech was easy to schedule, prompt, responsive and their plumbers are great! They sent two guys to do the work, so it was done in a couple hours (I was told by another plumber it would take half of a day) and did a wonderful job. They cleaned up so well you wouldn't have known a massive pipe replacement had just taken place. They also gave us a quote that was far less then other quotes we received. We will definitely be using them again!

Before Jose, the plumber arrived, I received an email with his picture which was very helpful and made me feel very safe. Jose showed up and used shoe coverings to protect my floor. Love that! Both plumbers got the job done quickly, resolved both issues and explained how to avoid issues in the future. So nice! They took all the garbage with them so it was as clean as before they got there. I will definitely be calling them again anytime I need a plumber.

From the first phone call to the finished product, they were great! We received an email complete with a picture and phone number of the tech who would be coming to the appointment to examine the oil burner. Everything was put in writing and completely understandable. They were very prompt, efficient and courteous. They arrived the the designated time and proceeded to work their magic and fix the problem. They made sure to put covers on their feet so the rugs wouldn't get dirty and did a great job cleaning up. I would most definitely recommend them and will be sure to call them if I'm ever in the need of plumbing/heating problems. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Dave arrived on time and was very friendly. Work was completed in a professional, clean, and timely manner. I sprung an additional job (replacing toilet) into the original project and it was no problem at all for Dave to complete. Will definitely use Flotechs again for any plumbing issues.

We received a firm quote in advance. The plumber called ahead and showed up on time. He wore protective foot gear, put down a blanket to cover our floor and worked quickly and neatly; he also fully reviewed the work with us prior to departure. This is the second time this winter we've used Flotech's after mixed experiences with other firms servicing our older home and they are definitely now our go-to plumber.

I communicated with Josh at the office and he was most helpful setting up the appointment. Dave came out , on time, assessed that my leak was due to the valve connected to the shower body. Josh & I thought that was the main issue and Dave came prepared to replace the old shower body with a newer delta model. Dave was great as he dealt with an old house and broke through tile & cement to get to the issue. He replaced the shower body. He was quick, polite and professional. As a female I was grateful that he spoke to me and asked for input. Unlike my last experience where I was spoken at and given no choices on what the job was to entail. Dave did spot a leak in the shower drain and he recommends to have it replaced. I still haven't gotten that far yet but will definitely use them to replace that part as well.

It went better than anticipated, actually. They wore booties over their work boots and used drop clothes in the areas in which they traveled and worked. I've had some pretty bad experiences with trades over the years. This wasn't all that bad. The invoice was clear and accurate, which I appreciated and wasn't chicken scratch. I don't want to have to call a plumber again, but if I do, I'd use these guys if I decide to stay in the Westchester county area.

I recently bought a new home and after closing I found two leaking sinks in two different bathrooms. I called several plumbers and each of them said they would have to come out first to give an estimate then come back later to do the repairs. I called Flotech and they said they could do the estimate and repair the same day. It turns out that one sink had a rotten waste line and the other sink just had a leaking faucet. They explained everything to me showed exactly where the leaks were coming from then gave me my options to repair the sinks. I ended up choosing just a standard inexpensive faucets for the sinks which they installed no problem. In addition to the original problem they checked some other minor problems, took the time to show me the water main and shut off, and provided a clear, itemized bill. I am extremely happy with the service provided and Flotech will be my first call for any future needs.
