They were awesome to work with. My kitchen was pretty messy so they did a lot of organization for me prior to scrubbing and cleaning out all of the appliances. I felt they did they whole nine yards. They were sweet people and were professional. We are satisfied with the work and I would definitely recommend them to others. They blew my lid off and they were right on point.

They were very thorough, used their own products and were very careful with everything that they cleaned. If there was a risk of breakage to anything, (flat screen TV) they didn't touch it.

Nicole came with Paula, and they were friendly, outgoing, and oh so pleasant, as they cleaned my house for Christmas. She was thorough, swift and really great at what she does. Paula tackled the room I'm afraid to step into......my 19 year old sons bathroom. When she was done, there was a shine for the first time in a long time. Nicole washed my cabinets, my counters, the stove. The list is too long. In short, she and Paula made my house sparkle, nearly as much as the garland on my tree. Happy shiny home for the Holidays. They came, they saw, they conquered. Thank you Angie, for hooking me up with Sweep Sister. I'm not alone in the cleaning of my house anymore. I have them. :)

Nicole and Heidi cleaned my house in a half an hour. They were awesome. Great attention to detail. Will definetly use again.

They were fine. It took them a little while to get back to me for the follow-up questions that I had. They did a nice job. They weren't there for 3 hours because there were two of them. So they were only there for like an hour and a half. They offered to stay longer if I would pay them but I didn't want to do that. So there were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. They were very friendly and very nice. They worked very hard while they were there. There was nothing bad really at all. I guess I was a little disappointed they didn't get more done because there were two of them. The price was fine. It can't be a bad price. They were right on time.

Paula and Nicole did an amazing job. They cleaned under beds and under my sofa. They are both efficient and professional. I would definitely use them again. I paid for an extra 45 minutes as well. An hour and a half was not enough

I could not have asked for a more professional and friendly provider to do the work. They, the pair owner and helper, worked continuously from the moment the arrived until 4 hours later. Wonderful people and exemplary service.

Originally booked 3 hours house cleaning - contacted the service provider set up a date. A few days before she calls and states that she has another worker in the area and would like to bring her along. Then it would be 1-1/2 hours and 2 people. I told her I could not understand how much cleaning could possibly get done in 1-1/2 hours and that I would prefer just one person. That did not sit well and she's been making excuses ever since on why she can't come over to clean. This has been going on since Oct 22nd. I give up!

First, communication was good for setting up the first appointment, Next - the work performed was thorough. Everything that was cleaned was cleaned really well. Would recommend without hesitation.

Nicole from sweep sister was awesome. She cleaned my house today including three bathrooms and they are incredible. I cannot believe how clean she got my master bathroom. The soap scum was completely off the clear glass sliding doors. I have never been able to get the glass doors that clean and clear. The other two bathrooms are just as great. The smell when I walked into my home after a hard day at work was delightful. This was my first time using sweep sister after I purchased the big deal on Angie's list.com. I would highly recommend sweet sister to any of my friends or family. I will continue to use sweep sister for routine cleaning.

It was a perfect day, she was early, thorough on every detail of cleaning and even went beyond the job, She cleaned the tub and when I had it installed it had a little scum from the back of a sticker which I was unable to remove but she removed it. My office looks amazing, The whole house looks amazing, the dust is gone and when I awoke this morning I actually had a sunday off. I am honest about this, I don't usually like to say everything was perfect because it usually looks like there was not thought put into a review if everything was an A, but honestly not one thing was done insufficient, corner was cut, or job was not finished. Thank you and I will use this service again and actually bi-weekly.

Nicole and her girls have been employed by me for over a year. I am happy with their work and would recommend them. They are considerate, thorough and are willing to work around my needs.

Ms. Groshans and her girls are punctual, professional, and thorough. It is apparent that she cares, as she efficiently cleans along with her team without cutting corners. She is flexible with her schedule, willing to work around my difficult work schedule, and I have never had a problem with her responsiveness. She is warm and friendly, and I completely trust her in my home. I could not recommend her more highly.

I was planning on buying the big deal. I sent 1 email and 2 messages asking the provider what the extra charge was to have them clean my garage (as specified by the big deal there is an extra charge to clean the garage). To be fair the provider called me back (I was unable to answer my call) but didn't answer my question in the voicemail. I have since called the provider and left a 3rd message. I have not yet been called back. I am not going to buy the big deal as this doesn't seem like a provider I want to deal with. The provider finally called me back and apologized for not getting back to me sooner. I still didn't get my question answered and thus will not be purchasing the big deal but at least they are making an effort.

nicole and her team were great. they got into places that i usually do not have time to get into. the house was cleaned the way I would have cleaned myself. Definitely would recommend to all.

I've tried a few other cleaning services and was not happy but decided to give it one more try. Nicole the owner of Sweep Sister came for an estimate, on time and very professional. I scheduled a cleaning and they came on time. When I came home I was thrilled! Things were cleaned that I didn't even mention. The house looked the cleanest it's ever looked, so I would highly recommend.

After having recently let go our long-time housekeeper due to complacency issues, and getting quickly tired of failed experiments in trying to find a reliable housekeeper with the Pennysaver magazine, we turned to Angie's List for help. We found Sweep Sister very highly rated and boy did she not disappoint! Nicole was amazing! She is very easy to get in touch with, she is practical, punctual and goes a very good job. She will now be our regular housecleaner. Very satisfied with her work ethic and product.

Upon contacting Nicole (the owner) I found her to be very professional, courteous, and we set up our first two cleanings. My husband and I had decided to use her service every three weeks. My first service was on 6/26/12. Nicole and her assistant arrived promptly (even called from Dunkin' Donuts to say they would be arriving in a few miniutes and did I want anything.) My home was cleaned from top to bottom. I was extremely pleased with her and her assistant's professionalism, her exuberance for her work (she whistled as she worked) and my home was absolutely spotless when they left. I was extremely pleased especially since I had been hospitalized for five weeks and during that time my husband had no time to really clean the house. So you can imagine how much work they had to do. Three weeks later Nicole arrived on time with a different assistant and, again, my home was cleaned from top to bottom and I was extremely pleased. I have one more service left from my gift and look foward to Nicole coming back I have used cleaning services in the past, and I believe Sweep Sister surpasses them all. I would highly recommend Sweep Sister to anyone looking for an excellent cleaning service. Her business card indicates she services Suffolk and Nassau and does residental and commercial cleaning.
