Great - responsive, professional, and very polite. We used them for over two years during our time on Long Island; they cleaned our 3BR, 2BA house every other week and did a very nice job when we moved out. They were flexible and willing to concentrate on specific areas by request, and worked with our schedule. They were nice enough to mail us something we left behind at move out.

Sweep Sister was a godsend for me. Late summer my sister's husband suffered a serious injury while swimming in the ocean. With the family members tied up at the hospital and dealing with surgeries and worry about the outcome, no one had time to handle the routine house cleaning. My sisters and I decided to provide housecleaning service through December to help the family out. I called at least 5 different services and then Sweep Sister came to my rescue. Nicole returned my call promptly and said she was "honored" to help me out. When I told me sister about the arrangement, she said she was embarrassed to have someone come in her house. I told her that was why Sweep Sister was coming. Nicole and Pete went in and spent about 7 hours each with the first clean. Nicole contacted me when the cleaning was done and we arranged payment (I live in another state). After that Sweep Sister went in every two weeks to clean charging $110 for each clean. My sister was so happy that she was actually giddy when I spoke with her. They were thorough, supportive, kind, and professional. I can't say enough good things about them. My sister and her husband have hired them to continue the cleaning indefinitely. If I lived in Suffolk County, I would use Sweep Sister. Thank you Nicole!!!

I was so happy to find Sweep Sister after having gone through 5 other cleaning services that never got my house clean. Sweep Sister is always prompt, professional, and more importantly, they actually clean the house until it is sparkling. I have used them for over a year now and can always trust that the house will be clean from top to bottom when they come. Nicole, the owner, is very personable, always communicates any issues, and is very trustworthy. I would recommend Sweep Sister to anyone in search of a cleaning service. They are the best I have found in Long Island.

Nicole (Owner) and Pete have been prompt, courteous, professional, and trustworthy. Nicole takes a high degree of pride and responsibility in her work and the work of her staff. Nicole always makes sure she knows what we want done during their usual 2-hour stay to meet our needs and keep within our budget. All aspects of house cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchen counters, etc) are done with a high degree of thoroughness; and great care is taken to avoid breakage or other damage. Any potential schedule conflicts are notified well in advance and resolved. We would not hesitate to recommend Sweep Sister to friends and neighbors.

Nicole and Pete did a very thorough first clean. We moved into our house a month ago, and had completely gutted the kitchen, so we had plenty of drywall dust from our Reno work. Everything was completely cleaned. From light switches, to the interior of the dishwasher, and everything in between. They did a great job. Nicole provided regular communication about when they would arrive, and they showed promptly. She was diligent about confirming if we had any preferences for cleaning products. The clean for our 3 BR 2.5 bath (roughly 2200 ft2) took about 4.5 hours. I plan to use Sweep Sister every two weeks, for $140 / clean.

Cleaners showed up on time, Saturday morning, and prepared a 3 bedroom house for rental, including cleaning of 2.5 baths, bedrooms, kitchen, basement. Generally thorough and effective, especially kitchen and bathroom areas. Main area of concern: when relocating some items from a shelf, an antique glass teapot was damaged. While I appreciate the fact that accidents do happen, this should have been brought to our attention, rather than concealed: the damaged teapot, glass shards included, was placed in a box, along with childrens' toys. Also: a box cutter that was being used to cut packing tape. The lack of good judgment is disturbing, and I would not consider hiring this company in the future.

she doesn't pull any punches and when something isn't right she corrects it. Great service and because it is such great service I use her all the time and wouldn't think twice about referring her to someone else.

Nicole and crew have been with us just shy of a year now. We were with another local company prior, but were disappointed when there were new faces every other week. While, Nicole may work WITH different people periodically, she is always here. We have no problem with her coming when we are not home and always leave a key. She is great with our pet as well. The house is always clean when they leave and she always does her best to work around our hectic schedule. It is always great to see a business owner who is willing to put in the time and hard work to make their business successful. I would highly recommend her.

I have been using Sweep Sister for a few months now. Nicole and her crew make the house shine. They go above and beyond the surface. I've never had a cleaning service that was this thorough in every room. If I need something extra done, they are always willing to do it as well. Would highly recommend them. Sweep sister has been cleaning my house for several months. The beginning was good considering I was paying more but as service continued I noticed lots of things happening. Furniture being scratched was my biggest concern. Just didn't feel as if they were cleaning my house. I am so dissatisfied with the lack of care to my personal things. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Unfortunately we gave them a time limit of only four hours so I guess they did the best job they could do in that time. They normally recommend more time. With the time limit we gave them, they did a good job.

There were 2 ladies that came out to clean my home. They did really well. Scheduling was fairly easy. They cleaned 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

They are excellent. They're very hard workers, they are very thorough, they are punctual and I would definitely recommend them.

Kira was recommended, as Nicole was fully booked. Kira came by to take a look around and to provide me with a free estimate. We reviewed what were the important parts that needed to be addressed; for us it was the bathroom and kitchen area. Kira sent me an estimate later on that night, and scheduled our first main cleaning for Friday March 7th. She spent about 5 hours, the majority was spent cleaning our bathroom. I couldn't believe my eyes when I came out of our bedroom, the bathroom looked great and the cabinets were fantastic. (I locked myself and our very curious kitty inside the bedroom while Kira was here.) Dib spent a couple of hours inspecting every inch of the apartment, even standing on his tippy toes on the kitchen counter to smell the cabinets.

Arrived promptly and cleaned the entire house more thoroughly than any one company or person I have ever hired before this. Both Nicole and her "sister" did an unbelievable job and made my home "shine."

I have been using Sweep Sister to clean my townhouse apartment for several months now and I could not be happier! They come every two weeks and do their magic while I am at work. They clean everything, and I mean everything, from top to bottom and left to right. Nothing escapes their attention--showers, floors, picture frames, kitchen cabinets, stove top! Gave me a more than reasonable estimate to clean my home. Did not choose to hire a cleaning service, however they were extremely professional and exhibited above adequate business practice.
