Description of Work: I used services for a co-worker that would be out of commission and couldn't clean her house as she wanted. Not only did she love the services, she continues to use them. Nicole is awesome and very helpful. Exceptional service with amazing customer service. They even loved the dogs (she has 2 huge golden retrievers!).

Description of Work: I spoke with the owner, she asked me to text her, I did. She told me she could probably give me an estimate on Saturday but I never got a response as to what time. I asked her to come before 12; she said she probably could, but never got back to me.

First off I want to appologize for any miscommunication on my part. I do remember speaking with you only because of the fact that you live fairly close to me. I do have to say that I probably did ask you to text me with your information but just to make sure, I just went back into my texts that go back to January and I do not see a message from you on here. I am not saying that you did not text, but as many people mistake, my phone has a (516) area code. You probably have found someone already and I do not blame you, but if not, please either give me a call again or message me on here and we can work something out.

Description of Work: A through job cleaning a very neglected house. Everything sparkles! They (2 people) spent 9 hours and cleaned things that I didn't expect them to clean, like windows. I would recommend them to anyone and am planning to have them come twice a month to keep my house in shape!

Description of Work: She called ahead to let me know she was on her way. She came with one other person, so they worked for 1 and 1/2 hours but were unable to finish in that allotted time, so to finish the job I paid her an additional $45 for an extra hour. I only had them do the first floor minus one room. They did the kitchen, dining room, living room and one bathroom and were very detailed in their work and I was happy with the results.
