Chris and team arrived on time, moved all furniture as needed, cleaned up after and did a fantastic job. Been doing business with Cousins for years and highly recommend them for carpet cleaning. Fantastic quality!! All I want is great work, fair price and reliability and I got all of that with Cousins.

Friendly reliable & curtious

They had trouble keeping their schedule straight. The bathrooms were cleaned fine but the kitchen still had some dirty spots and only a thin sheen of wax. The floor is already dirty. I was really upset that they left my fence gates open. They were well aware that I had a dog., My ceramic floor was left very wet. They should have brought a fan or a towel. I dried it myself.

I was very pleased with the service that Cousins provided. The carpets were cleaned professionally and at a fair price. My only negative was their failure to ever get back to me on the mold removal service that they provide. They took photographs of the affected area and never returned any of my phone calls after that.

Chris is a true who I will use again. I had Chris treat 6 new dining room chairs which have upholstered padded seats. Be careful NOT to use Scotch-Guard as the product contains chemicals which are considered toxic. Chris DID NOT use a toxic product.

Jim was very thorough and had to clean extremely soiled carpets in my tenants apartment.He moved most of the furniture as directed. I was so amazed that they looked like new when he finished. They smell so fresh now. He was a real gentleman and I was so happy this company was recommended. The charge was $140 and he certainly earned it. Will not hesitate to call them again.

Cleaning was excellent and professional. I was called to make an appt within minutes of checking out home advisor. They were prompt and thorough. I never checked other companies to price shop, so I don't know if they were expensive or fairly priced
