Cousins Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning, LLC

Cousins accommodated me at the last minute for an appointment and was courteous, but I did run into a problem with the cleaning. It looked clean when I looked thru the living room and dining area but when the Superintendant did the inspection, he pointed out lots of spots in the bedroom and living room areas, and as a result, I'll be responsible for either having another professional in or paying to have the rug dyed back to the original color. At the time I looked at it, it was very wet so I didn't look at the bedroom but there was a big (about 3/4" black) mark on the rug. The dining area had a pink stain which I don't even remember seeing

They were quick to respond, gave a reasonable qoute for the Job and arrived to do the work at the time we scheduled. Chris arrived with a helper, they were both nice and did a fine job cleaning my couch. I will surely use them again.

I was beyond impressed with the quality of work that was done. Chris and Mike were prompt, courteous and thorough. My office was flooded from recent rains and now it almost looks like the carpeting is new. It is so encouraging to find a young work team wgi is so conscientious about their job. Unfortunately Chris from Cousins was unable to clean my grout and tile. He was totally honest in tellihng me that I needed to regrout my tile and that if he proceeded I would be unhappy. I was so taken by his candor that I recommended him to a neighbor. He could have easily done the job, collected his fee and went his way. He travelled quite far to see me and yet was honest enough to forgo the job. I would strongly recommend him and intend to call him the next time I need some work done.

I can NOT believe how clean my carpets are! I have 3 cats and a dog and they absolutely destroyed my carpets. I was ready to pull up the rugs & get tile. But Cousins did such a great job that I don't have to.

I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE WAY HE GOT RIGHT TO THE JOB. THE CARPETS ARE OFF WHITE AND NEEDED A GOOD CLEANING. HE DID A GREAT JOB, AND I WAS VERY HAPPY. AS I USUALLY DO MY OWN CARPET CLEANING, I DECIDED THAT MY CARPET MACHINE WILL BE SOLD AT THE NEXT YARD SALE. HE WAS GOOD, FAST, AND THE PRICE HE CHARGED WAS VERY FAIR. I WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND HIM TO EVERYONE...

Chris arrived when he said he would. He was very efficient and quick. My carpet looks great!
