I've had my carpets cleaned in my home for 21 years now, and Cousins has out done previous companies BY A MILE! They use state of the art, and commercial equipment (as far as I can tell) which pulled lots of dirt and stains. The tech, Jim, was courteous, thorough, and quick - though not rushed. Thank you!!

The employee that performed the carpet cleaning did an excellent job. He moved furniture where possible and cleaned those areas as well. Each area was cleaned thoroughly. Was very neat about the job and careful of any furniture movements. I had all rugs cleaned in house and it was done very timely and rugs were all dry in approximately 5 hours.

Cousins arrived promptly. I explained what he needed to pay attention to (pet stains) and he delivered! Very clean carpet - all stains taken care of and have not returned!

Chris was prompt and worked very hard to bing 2 sets of wool stair carpeting back to looking brand new. We had been through a year of renovations and he was able to remove serious dirt and stains that I never thought would come out and his price was very reasonable! I'd use him again and recommend him to friends and family.

Great service, very nice person to work with. They came so as soon as I needed them, and was a pleasure to work with. They did a great job on my carpets, and worked quickly too. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family and I will be keeping their number for the future.

THEY WERE ON TIME, AND VERY NICE.

Very friendly, fast response...no job too small... he was in and out ...my son got sick on his carper...it was loke new once he was done. Aaaand he cleaned on the way out....great company, will use again.
