Great service. Easy to deal with.

Cousins people came as scheduled to clean my leather couch. They informed me that the couch needed more than cleaning and even reccomended a person that could do the work. They could of cleaned the couch ... charged me and moved on to the next person. Instead they did the right thing. I will be call ing when its time to clean the carpets.

Chris n mike r experienced n professional. They steamcleaned our 4 chaise lounges in cotton linen n restored color to them. Since they did a great job, we also had them do our aerial rug as well. Always great companies from service magic

Chris came to my house to give me an estimate. Told me my sofa could be cleaned but because of the type of material it would not be "good as new." I appreciated his honesty and am very happy with the results. It doesn't look good as new but is pretty damn close. His rates are competitive and reasonable. I will definitely use Cousins Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning again.

Cousins did a great job our carpet looks new again.

I felt our carpet was hopless and i was ready to rip it out. We decided to give cleaning it one more try. The price was very reasonable, showed up on time and did an amazing job. 95% of all the stains were removed. Great job!

Called Friday and they were there Saturday to clean my sectional. Willy did a great job. He took his time and my couch looks brand new! After shopping around Cousins Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning offered the most for the best price - they included the cleaning, deodorizing and protection all in the price. These other big companies charge separate for each of these services. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.
