Professional, courteous and diligent. I hired this firm to clean the carpets and tiles of my entire rental property after a disasterous tenant. They were on-time, worked above and beyond and the results were amazing! The floors in the entire house looked brand new and even my brother, an experienced contractor, was amazed. I would definitely recommend them!

Worried about ink on sofa not coming out but they were able to get it out.

Chris came promptly and was very honest about whether or not the sofa could be cleaned.

Cousins Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning is amazing! They came to clean our entire microfiber living room set (That our 130lb Rottie decided was his new licking and sleeping station) back to Show room perfection! The Set looks Amazing & we could not be happier! we were so Happy with the work and professionalism showed, we gave them another project right on the spot. We are expecting Twins and had them completely clean the carpet in the new Nursery - we thought we were just going to have to replace it, but after they were done - it looked and smelled as if it was just installed - COUSINS IS FANTASTIC!! We would hire them again & recommend to all!

They were timely, honest and reasonably priced. Considering there was local floooding all over Long Island and someone was at my house within a few hours, I think that was fantastic.

The guys from Cousins were wonderful. They did a beautiful job cleaning my carpets and my ceramic tile. They ran late coming from another job but they called me right away to see if it was okay to arrive a little late. I so appreciated their call. Many companies leave you hanging but they respected my time. I will definitely use them again.
