He never actually ordered windows or showed up when he was scheduled. Now after a year I have filed a complaint with BBB and gotten a partial refund and took him to small claims court and won my case for a full refund which I still have not received. I am just hoping to add a review for him or report him for fraud so he cannot keep doing the same thing to other customers."
