A couple mentioned how long they’d been with the company — 15 and 20 years, respectively — and what a great company it was to work for. very bad they took almost one month to get my things the truck keep braking down. my furniture was damaged my tool chest was dented and we had about 30 missing boxes .they sent a furniture repair person to fix it but before he could come back they said they could not do the job call your mover.so they did not a thing. they are trying to give me a small sum back but I have to say it is satisfactory

Seamlessly! Santos and Winston moved us and they were professional, careful, respectful and friendly. For year I have been working with Harry Cohen. He books my move and is on point every time. Harry is the best and so is everyone at Men on the Move.

Started off good, responsive and move into storage unit was fine. Movers were nice and determined. Storage facility was nice, clean and climate controlled. Team at the storage facility were very friendly. Move back into house went fine. Movers were friendly and nice. This is where it seems to fall apart and why my ratings are lower than I would probably have listed based on the positive comments above. The moving team was moving furniture through a doorway and accidentally knocked the door off the hinge. It is unrepairable. The head mover seemed upset saying they will take the money out of his pocket. Once this happened, the teams whole mood changed. The guy told me to call the office on Monday. I called the office and they told me to call and email Elaine, to file a claim, which I did. It has been several days since my email and call and I haven’t received a call back. The responsiveness on this issue is terrible and frankly a turnoff from doing or recommending them to anyone. When they wanted my business, they responded immediately.

Smooth and trouble free. I used Men on the Move decades ago for moves within NYC and was happy then as well. Wonderful service from this company is something you can count on.

From start to finish, Men on the Move was awesome. The moving coordinator was super responsive, answering all of my questions. She came out for an onsite appointment a few days after first contact. On the day of the move, the team was prompt and ready to go. They hustled the whole day, taking apart furniture that needed to be taken apart. Taking great care to wrap pieces in blankets, cardboard and tape. Going into the basement and attic space. They were super careful negotiating the house with large items. I was amazed that they fit everything into the truck. Even moving my daughters outdoor playhouse. Upon arrival at the new house, they put everything where we asked and setup furniture that was taken apart. The price was super reasonable for the amount of work that went into it. What an amazing experience. I am now recommending Men on the Move to everyone who is moving.

From our first interaction with the office staff and discussions with Peter about the requirements for the move, everything truly worked as promised. I would highly recommend Men on the Move. We had the best crew in New York led by Winston who was awesome to work with - super efficient, friendly, detailed, patient, and treated our things like treasures. And we had an amazing crew led by Sunny in Atlanta when they delivered all of our things. Everything was very carefully padded, wrapped, and taped. Nothing broken or scratched. They kept us informed of pick-up and delivery dates and times and were on time both times. Their crews did exactly what they proposed and our estimate was within $100 (under) the final price. We would recommend their services and use them again.

The day of the move was flawless as far as the move. The five men assigned to our move were great, professional, courteous, and more importantly willing to move and then move again furniture until I was satisfied with its location. It was a long day and at no point during the day (and into the early evening) did the smiles ever leave their faces! Men on the Move made a stressful experience a very pleasant experience!

I was given a date for which Men on the Move could move me and then I was told that they were all booked.

Walter and Anthony were professional, punctual and very experienced. They wrapped my belongings and were very careful with everything. We’d had a great experience and would recommend. We are going to ask for same guys bringing things back. Excellent experience.

Excellent! to start, Men on the Move was the only company I consulted at the start of my moving project that was extremely transparent about their moving prices when they gave me an estimate. The service itself on moving day was superb. The two movers were prompt, very careful with my older and fragile furniture, and were efficient in wrapping things and getting the furniture prepared. At the destination house, they were similarly professional and careful. I also appreciated the safety issues, moving during the coronavirus time. Highly recommend Men on the Move!

Excellent! They arrived early, wrapped items and moved everything quickly which made my move easy.

The crew got hold of my credit card info and fraud began. That's after I tipped the whole crew. They actually did a fair job. No better or worse than the kind of carelessness that's common in a cruddy industry.

The crew was on time and worked efficiently and professionally. I did most of the packing prior to the move date. The team clearly knew what they were doing. The furniture disassembly and assembly went well (one of the furniture pieces included an Ikea bunk bed). They had all the necessary tools. The estimate given was on target.

My move entailed going from a large space to a much smaller one, and in my heart of hearts, I know that if it weren't for the four gentlemen who were on my crew that day, that my experience would have been much different and not as successful. Greg and the guys showed up ready to work, and the first thing he did was tell me that I am in good hands and that they will take care of me. They were swift yet careful with my belongings and even helped pack some areas and items that I didn't get to. They were incredibly strong and handled large pieces easily and gently. When the truck was loaded, I forced them to eat something - they would have kept going! :) A short trip to the new place didn't allow for much rest, and the move was a little longer and more complex than we expected. That was no problem for them at all; the crew stayed professional and upbeat, unloading carefully and checking where I wanted everything to go. We hit a challenge with some shelves that were too tall for the ceilings in the new place, but the guys made it work. I felt like there was nothing that they couldn't or wouldn't do. At the end of a very long day, we went over everything and completed the paperwork easily. There were no words to express the gratitude I had for Greg and his crew. They made a tough move seamless and had a great attitude from start to finish. Recommending this company and these guys is a no-brainer - they were awesome...thank you!

Everything was excellent. First, the quote provided by Lorraine was spot on. Then the fantastic moving crew headed by Gregg H and Sidney D. Those are so fantastic that if they were to open a moving company on their own, they would put every moving company in North America out of business. These 2 are first class professionals in every way. Gregg H even moved this armoire that everyone said was impossible into this space as if he was some sort of superhero. The best all around. Rounding out the crew were some of the best in the biz today in Mark R., Hebert, Alex and Harold M. These gentlemen deserve trophies for the outstanding work they have done. I will never recommend a moving company other than Men on the Move again.

David and Mark were incredible! We were moving specific items from one home to another. David had me point out what was needed to be moved and then told me to relax. The two men did a job of ten! They were polite, respectful and very pleasant! They made our move so much more comfortable. They brought everything over to the new home in record time, put everything into the rooms I specified and set it up to our liking.
