Blinds look beautiful and really completed the look of my rooms. Great quality and installer was very professional. It's hard to find a quality product these days and be 100% satisfied with services. I highly recommend Budget Blinds of Williamsville.

They were excellent. They're competitive but not cheap. They're quite fine. They're responsive and helpful. They gave us some good pointers on how to take care of the blinds. I have no complaints. They're very good to listening to what we needed and wanted. They showed us things that fit our needs. They're very polite and just really good about not overselling to something we didn't really want or need. To me, that's one of the most important things. The installation was done in a day.

Budget Blinds was a great experience. I was dealing with Sonic Blinds originally but they were very difficult to deal with and after giving me the original quote on two occasions they then increased their quote another $1000. I then switched to Budget Blinds and was treated very well. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

The service was EXCELLENT! I called several times after the consultation process with questions and possible changes that we were considering. We went to the store and looked at different size valances and cornices. They were very patient with us. Any email I sent, I received a response. Any phone call I made even after hours when I had to leave a message, the phone call was returned. I received a courtesy call several days before our appointment. At the time of the installation, he arrived on time. Immediately took off his shoes before I even had the chance to request he do so. We went to each room to make sure he had all of the products I had ordered. He explained what he would be doing and approximately how long it would take. We've had the blinds and shades less than a week and LOVE them. They are everything we expected and more. The colors and fabrics that Kurt took the time to show us look better than I expected. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone I knew looking for window treatments.

I was extremely satisfied with the customer service from Kurt and his team at Budget Blinds. They were able to help us pick out blinds that matched the style of our home. After a few weeks, the blinds were installed without any issues. Someone was available at anytime to answer my questions either by phone or email. When the process was complete, we received a handwritten thank you card. I thought this was nice because you do not see too many businesses taking time to say thanks after the work has been performed. Kurt did a fabulous job advising, measuring, ordering and installing my Blinds. I used both remote controlled and bottom up, top down option. I couldn't be happier with the results! Kurt was excellent in visualizing and analyzing what would work in the areas I was looking to install new blinds. He provided several alternatives within budget. The blinds took about 3 weeks to come in. Installation went very smooth. Now that the job is complete I very satisfied with how well the entire process went and am very happy with the final results. What a find! Kurt was referred to me by 2 friends for whom he provided window treatments. The shades I received and which he installed are perfect! The material is exactly what I wanted and the mechanisms of the shade are the best I've ever had. That includes custom and non-custom installations.
