I had a very positive experience with Budget Blinds of Williamsville, NY. Kyle and Kurt were very professional and courteous. Kyle showed me many options and was very patient. In the end I decided on shutters for my windows which I didn't think I could afford. It took about 5-6 weeks from the time I ordered to be installed. The installer was very meticulous.

Budget blinds did a wonderful job installing our blinds throughout our entire new home. They went way above and beyond from the time we selected our blinds and had measurements taken, and during the install process.

They were very friendly and helpful. Sheila came to the house, spent a lot of time helping us decide what we wanted. The installation tech was friendly and cleaned everything up. The only issue was that the custom blinds took a bit longer to come in than I was told which made me a bit nervous because i was hosting a party. Once they finally came in, the tech was here within the week to install. I was very happy with the service.

I recently relocated from Connecticut to Snyder, NY and one of the first things that I did once I purchased my new home was to arrange for Budget Blinds of Williamsville to come in and help with the window treatment selections. Sheila was nothing short of superb listening to my needs and wishes and immediately got on the same page and identified selections that were totally in tune with my taste. Within an hour, we had all treatments selected and windows measured. A day later, Sheila had all the numbers crunched with a hefty discount that Kurt took one step seeped by sharpening his pencil because I was a repeat BB customer. Within a month, all treatments were perfectly installed and I could not be more pleased with the results. Words cannot possibly capture my appreciation for the prompt, personable, and professional service provided me by Budget Blinds of Williamsville. We received estimates from several businesses in our search to have our large front windows shaded and Budget Blinds was the best overall estimate by far. They made the decision on who to have do the work easy. From the first phone call through the completion of the job, communication was professional, prompt, and direct. They were the business that brainstormed a plan to do the work that we needed. We have large and odd angled windows, wanted both manual and motorized shades, and they were able to develop the perfect design to keep us cool and shaded! Several other local "custom drapery" companies told us what we wanted was impossible to even do, but Budget Blinds had no problems creating and executing a plan. All measuring and installation appointments were on-time as scheduled. The installation was professional and fast, and we couldn't be happier with their work. We already are discussing the next room we will have this product installed by Budget Blinds of Williamsville. Kurt and staff are a pleasure to work with! We will be repeat customers.

Just want to give a shout out to Budget Blinds of Williamsville. Kurt Kliener was fantastic. My dinette has super close and angled windows. They look beautiful!!! His assistance and patience with deciding the best style and color was great. His expertise with installing them was outstanding. But recently I received a hand written thank you note.....WOW!!! If you are considering new window treatments...... Give them a call!! You will be glad you did.

My experience with both Kyle and Kurt was highly professional and so much fun. Kyle was very knowledgeable about Budget Blinds’ products, helped me select the right design to fit the style of my house and took time to clearly explain all details and patiently answer my questions. Kurt arrived on time to both measure my windows and install the shutters. He was very careful to assure that the installation process was as unobtrusive as possible, and he took care to protect my floors and property as he worked. He was efficient and installed the shutters quickly and, to my pleasant surprise, quietly. The shutters look fabulous, and I wish I would have called Budget Blinds 10 years ago. When Kyle, the salesperson for Budget Blinds, came to my house to show me the product, I started the conversation with my vision and my budget. She matched both exactly. My blinds are beautiful, fit perfectly, and were within my budget. I got blinds for the entire house, and the look is so cohesive and you can tell they are professionally done. Kyle did not try to up-sell or talk me into anything I didn't ask for. She was fantastic. Also, their installer is the ultimate professional and did a great job. He was on-time and did the job quickly and perfectly. The cost of the installation (still within budget) is well worth it. I can't say enough about this great company. Do not hesitate to call them!

Would highly recommend budget blinds. Kurt, the owner, came out himself to do the estimate and was very helpful in selecting the right blinds for our rooms. The gentleman that did the installation was great as well! I am so happy with our new blinds.

The in home consult by Kyle made the process very easy. She measured each window said how to achieve the look I wanted. She brought many samples and I found the perfect one. They have been installed on every window in the house and look beautiful. There was no pressure to purchase which made the consult go smoothly and she took a lot of time working with me.. Kyle and the installer were wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Budget Blinds.

Kurt and his team at Budget Blinds were excellent! Kurt was punctual and friendly, and really helped me figure out what would work best for our windows. He helped me choose the blinds that best served our needs and budget. The price was completely reasonable and the entire process, from purchase to installation, was quick and seamless. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Very professional and friendly staff, (Kurt, Katie and Paul), "they answer the phone" and show up on time. They were a pleasure to work with. A good company with consistently good service. Generally I am happy with the purchase. I have other windows to cover and will consider using Budget Blinds again. I rated quality C and that refers to the some of the blind product that I purchased - not Budget Blinds.

It went very well. I am very pleased with the quality of the blinds. The decorator came right on time as did the installer. The wait time for the blinds was approximately three weeks, which was the time frame quoted to me. I will recommend them to friends and would use them again.

The owner brought the store to us. We matched samples to paint and furnishings, took measurements and sealed the deal in less than 2 hours. Three weeks later the installer arrived with our gorgeous window coverings and was done in 30 minutes. Both owner and installer were consummate professionals. Highly recommend.
