Steamaster Carpet Cleaning

Description of Work: Steam cleaned rugs and stairs. Both came out looking like new with no left over chemical ordors.

Description of Work: I used Steamaster Carpet Cleaning to clean my carpets.

Description of Work: This was a very pleasant experience. It turns out my house was not close to a road for the truck to reach. The technician did notgive up. He measured distance and found a way to make hose reach. He went out of his way to complete job.

Description of Work: I called, and was given an appointment for the next day anytime between 1-4. At about 12:45, I received a call telling me the guys were on the way. They arrived approximately 15 minutes later, and were extremely professional. They even advised me not to send out one of my rugs for cleaning, because they wouldn't be able to achieve the results I'd hoped for. They cleaned it (as well as possible) in the apartment for much less money, and cleaned an extra carpet as well, for a . total of 3 carpets and 1 large rug. They did a great job, left me with a bottle of stain remover and a smile. The next day, someone from the office called to ask whether I was satisfied with their service. What a pleasure! I can't recommend them highly enough.

Description of Work: Steamaster sent two workers who cleaned my two sofas, sectional and chair for $365.00. The work was done efficiently with no mess and the two workers could not have been nicer or more respectful of my home. I will definitely have them back for my next cleaning.

Description of Work: I do not remember the exact cost. I believe it was just under $300. They cleaned our sofa, love seat and chair. These furniture pieces are huge. They were on time and did the job quickly. We were happy with the outcome.
