Steamaster Carpet Cleaning

This was the 3rd time we have used them and we have always been happy. They come on time, they are friendly and efficient. Occasionally we ask them to add things on (like stairs) and they are flexible and offer good pricing. They always do a thorough and careful job (we have some big furniture that can't be moved) and they leave a bottle of spot cleaner behind.

It went fine and I was happy with the end result! This was the first time I had used them, and I would use them again in the future as well as recommend them to others. They also left me some stain remover, which was nice.

There were scheduling follow-up calls from Steamaster and even a return visit when additional cleaning was needed. | |This type of customer service is a rare find today.

They did an excellent job. I was so pleased with what they did that I had them back to clean my white sofa and they did such an excellent job cleaning the sofa. I have recommended the to others.

There was some to and forth regarding the schedule. They requested to move my appointment, but I didn't feel pressured. Workers were prompt and professional. They were organized and cleaned up water as they worked. The entire process lasted about 45 minutes. Sofa and love seat looked outstanding when they were done. Would definitely recommend them.

It was an excellent experience. My call to them was returned within a couple of days (it was not a rush). The person on the phone was completely knowledgeable about what I wanted (simply the cleaning of a room-size carpet) and scheduled a time. On the day of their visit, they called and asked if they could come early, which worked fine for me. They arrived, I showed them what I wanted cleaned. They told me it would be their minimum charge, and within half an hour or so (It as about 2/3 of a 9' X 12" carpet) they completely cleaned the carpet, explained exactly what they were doing, told me how long would be needed for the carpet to dry and advised that I open a window to allow a breeze in the room. When the carpet dried, I was extremely happy with the work done and with how much better my carpet looked.

They did a good job. They were punctual, courteous, and professional. I would recommend their services.

The guys showed up on time ready to work. I only had to tell them once what I wanted and they set right to work. They were nice, clean cut young guys who work hard and left our place way cleaner than I could have hoped for! My wife was home alone when they got there and felt completely comfortable letting them in. Definitely recommend!

This clog happened on a Thursday evening. Since we were having guests for the weekend it was imperative to get this fixed by Friday. We called Steamaster 1st thing Fri morning- having used them before to steam clean our living room carpet, upholstery and tile floors and grout, with great results- they are our go-to company! I spoke with Joe, who was genuinely concerned about our situation, and he did everything possible to adjust one of his crew member's schedule to get to our house that day after the plumber fixed the blockage. Cory arrived around 3:30 PM and wasted no time in taking care of the problem. He power vacuumed up the waste water in both locations before applying the mold inhibitor & deodorizer; then he steam cleaned both areas. He even cleaned the grout (a separate operation) which Joe was kind enough not to charge us extra. That is true customer service. And, on the way out, Cory even steam cleaned the hallway runner because he ran the hoses over it and he said he didn't want to leave anything on the runner, even though there was no soiling on it that we could see. He was in and out in less than an hour and saved the day as it left us time to prepare for our guests and not have to worry about cleaning up the mess ourselves.. Their prices are quite fair and reasonable. Cory was a nice young man, very professional, knowledgeable and respectful, as was the last crew Steamaster sent out to us. He explained everything about how he would perform his clean-up and sanitizing, knowing that we were concerned about any foul after-smell and possibly getting mold, etc. When he left it was like new and fresh smelling with no foul odor and ready for our guests. My wife and I can't say enough about Steamaster's customer service and response time, with a special thanks to Joe and staff. They truly came to our rescue at a difficult time and we thank them for that. We wouldn't think of using any other "STEEMER" company!!

They used harsh chemicals on my expensive furniture after I advised them that if they were going to use harsh chemicals they should not come. I had to walk behind them to show them where they had missed. They didn’t seem like they were prepared. They didn’t try to protect my furniture. I purchased the scotch guard protection, but they barely sprayed any on the furniture. They were late. The cleaning quality was very fair.

They were very prompt and courteous. The work was completed in the time estimated. Except for a few spots that didn't come out completely, the carpets look very clean. I had used this company before and I was very satisfied with their work. The carpets did take a long time to dry especially the downstairs and upholstery which was cleaned last. It took a full 24 hours for everything to feel completely dry.

Some of the liquid got on the kitchen floor and inadvertently cleaned the floor by the doors. It made my kitchen look very uneven.

Serviceman showed up on time. Looked over the job told us what he was going, went to van to get the tile scrubber. Got all the dirt up. He then put a sealer on the tile. It took a short time to dry. Tile still looks clean.

Workmen were on time, very efficient (about 45 minutes), courteous. Carpet dried in a few hours. Only issue was the $25 apartment charge. Was not a problem for them to get in as we have street level entrance to basement and elevator. We're only on the second floor. Probably more difficult for them to get equipment into a house.

They are prompt. They use steam instead of chemicals, so I don't have to worry about that. Their price was competitive as well.

I was a little unhappy that he did that because it was very expensive. The carpet looked nice. The pricing was all right for the 3 rooms. I don't think I would use them again.
