Steamaster Carpet Cleaning

Called after reading great reviews here. Spoke to Gina who was very nice, and was able to give me an estimate over the phone with just the measurements I gave her. The estimate and actual cost were very close, although I decided to get Scotch-guard at the last minute, so I paid a little more (can't remember, but I want to say like $30.00?). We scheduled for 11/1, and they called the day before to verify the appointment. The guys, Ralph and Joey were very nice and efficient. They offered to move any furniture I wanted them to, and then got to work. They were done in about an hour, and the rugs took about 3 - 4 days to dry (it was very rainy that week). They went over some areas that had tough stains in them, and everything came out. The stairs were filthy, and they came very clean. The carpets look great and I'm very happy!

The technician was prompt and very professional. He asked me to make sure that l liked the results. I do think that they are a little pricey. They charged me $45.00 just to return my area rug. The lady in the office said that normally it is $90.00. She said that she took $45.00 off the bill because they were doing other work at the house. I would hire this company again because of the quality of the work.

It was fine. They did the job as advertised in the deal and I was satisfied with the results. I was pleased that they didn’t try to upsell. George, the technician, was very straightforward, and professional, and did a good job.

mits.I purchased a $165 package for cleaning 3 rooms of carpet (hallways and stairs each counted as one room). The service providers arrived right on time. Upon measuring my living room and hall they indicated that it would cost extra as the space exceeded the sizing limits. I also paid extra for deodorizing and Scotchguard: the total was $110 over the initial "deal." They did a very good job and were polite and professional. Since the deal outlined that Scotchguard and deodorizing was extra I had no issue. However, I was a bit surprised about the room size limits. This is why I am rating them a B instead of A.

They came and they did the job; it was fine and they are professional.

They arrived on time, cleaned the carpeting spotless - easily removed stains I thought would be impossible. Very satisfied with job, would definitely recommend. Very courteous technicians.

Everything went well. The rug was removed for cleaning. They were careful of the other furniture in the dining room. Their process was successful in removing whatever slightly sticky coating was on the rug when I purchased it. They were prompt and courteous when they returned it and replaced it in the dining room. I was very pleased with their services.

Very professional company. Gave me a time frame and then called when the technicians were on their way. The two guys did a good job,got rid of the pet stains on my area rug and bedroom carpet. The sofas also came out well. I had a little problem with the strong chemical smell,but luckily the weather was nice and I could sit on my balcony while they worked. The office placed a follow up call to make sure I was satisfied. And, oh yeah, the actual charge was a little LESS than the estimate.

They were fine. I've used them several times and will use them again. The jobs were excellent. We will use them again. We are just getting ready to think about what we need to have cleaned next. They show up when they say they are going to show up, which is the most important thing. They picked up my carpet, they brought it back, they laid it down. Their prices are comparable to other prices. It is not like they are super inexpensive, or anything. They did what they were supposed to do and they were not difficult to have in the house. The cost depends on what the service is. It depends on the size of the rug that I'm having cleaned. I had some large rugs sent out and they were $354. Smaller area rugs were less. I have a lot of rugs. They are not cheap.

Very well. On the phone they were very professional and in person the same professionalism existed as well. They did a great job, were efficient, and punctual. Would definitely use them again.

They cleaned everything in my apartment. The 2 rugs came out perfectly. The sofa (white!) was clean but some yellow stains appeared randomly on the cushions and the bases when it was completely dry. I called back and Joe took care of them in my new apartment (I had moved in between!) and in his shop. He did not drop it until I was happy with the results...

These guys are first class. They've just become our go to carpet cleaners. They gave me prices when I asked and stuck to them. They showed up on time, worked efficiently and did an extremely professional job. When I compare them to the nonsense of trying to get prices from other firms, I do handstands. When I heard from my clients about how happy they were, I can't even describe how happy I am. As I said, they earned their way to top of my list.

cSteamaster team showed up on time and immediately assessed the scope of the work, providing an estimate of cost and time. Began carefully moving furniture and applying cleaning fluid to carpets and rugs. Within an hour they had cleaned all of the carpets and rugs and replaced the furniture, placing protective cards and styrofoam under the feet of the chair and table legs. Very pleased with the professionalism and thoroughness.

They were excellent. The price was reasonable, the fellows were personable and the work was done so well. It was a very nice experience. They also called me back later in the evening to follow up to make sure I was pleased with the service.

It was really good. They told me that I had to pay additional. The price was good when I first ordered it but when they added on, I didn't like that. I was kind of disappointed. I would like some clarification on the price.
