Description of Work: They quoted me one price on the phone but changed the price (higher) when they arrived at my home. They started adding on fees for for ridiculous stuff like, "oh, you have stains, that's gonna cost more"...Oh, you live on the second floor, "that's an extra fee", oh you're going to need steam with "chemical treatment", that's extra...etc., etc.

Description of Work: Cleaned a 11x9ft area rug. Gave me a free spot cleaner for future use and instructions on how to use it. I have already recommended them to friends.

Description of Work: They were punctual and cleaned the carpets to a near new state. The two fellas were very nice and called me before they got to my unit to let me know they were coming in advance. | |They were so kind and approachable, they picked up another job in my building after doing my unit!

Description of Work: Cleaned and sanitized a sofa with 7 cushions; side chair with 2 cushion; and an ottoman. There were several stains on the sofa and chair that were set for a while. They did a good job of removing what could be removed. They were efficient and worked quickly but did not compromise on the quality. I am very pleased with their responsiveness, willingness to work around my schedule of availability; confirm the day before; and, call first thing in the morning giving me arrival time that was very accurate. Very pleased with their work.

Description of Work: They cleaned a sofa, two living room chairs, and six upholstered dining room chairs. One of the living room chairs had been badly stained, and it now has no trace of the stain.I am very happy with the job they did, and I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Furniture seemed marginally cleaner though the technician tried their best.

Description of Work: Steam cleaned upholstery, carpets and shower grout. The upholstery and carpets came out fine. The equipment they used for the shower grout cleaning was ineffective and so they didn't charge for that part. I was told that if I lived in a house where they could have used the equipment installed directly on their truck, it would have been more effective, but as I live in an apartment, they had to use the less effective portable steamer. The guys were pros, but the woman on the phone who does scheduling and calculated the estimating was a bit flighty. I had to correct her math a couple of times but we finally got it right. | |All in all it was an ok experience. Nothing great but nothing awful.
