The people from Steamaster arrived on time. They were very polite and efficient and did a great job cleaning the upholstery.

Work was done well, but there was a huge mix-up on billing. I was told one price on the day of the service (upon completion of the work) which I agreed to, then called back 2 days later and was told that the price increased significantly. Needless to say, this was an unpleasant surprise and while it may have been a mistake, the manager could have simply apologized without all the extraneous defensive words which only served to escalate the displeasure. My intention was to be able to express my displeasure, not to get involved in an argument. I have used Steamaster in the past without incident and have been pleased with the work and the price, but this last experience was an anomaly which I hope does not repeat itself.

The technicians were very professional and polite and cleaned a deodorized the carpet efficiently. They were very clean. Someone called the next day to inquire if there were any problems and to see if we were satisfied with the job.

Our kitchen is a work kitchen only; we eat all our meals in the dining room. Spills are inevitable. In addition, we have eight grandchildren, seven under six year of age, and although they are not allowed to eat and drink except at the table, accidents happen. We also have a dog that has been sick on the carpet; I was ready to pick it up and refinish the original wood floors. The carpet looks good enough that we will get several more years out of it.

Two men arrived, they took the rugs down to their truck and had them back upstairs in less than 20 minutes. They were punctual and courteous, and did a great job.

This company was great. They returned my call promptly and told me the cost and we set up the appointment. The company called to confirm the day before and gave me an estimated ETA. They called when they were on their way and arrived ten minutes later. They did a terrific job on the carpet and included scotch guarding and deodorizing the the price.

They arrived on time after confirming both the night before and another call in the morning to say they were on their way. They were courteous and quickly cleaned the rugs. The carpets look much better, and they were able to take out most of the stains. I was pleased with the service.

The work this company did for me was very good. I had a small spot on my one carpet and I looked for it after they left and could not find it. Therefore, I know they did a good job for me. I also found their prices to be more reasonable than other carpet cleaning companies that I have used.

The boss of this company is great. He explained to me exactly what they were going to do to my rug and why. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable with everything. The communication was definitely there. I was really impressed with them.

I just called them for an estimate for an area rug cleaning, and was told that their minimum charge is $150. I explained that I only have one rug to be cleaned, but they weren't flexible about that minimum charge. So I'll have to keep looking...Just FYI!

I have also used Steamaster a few years ago. They are really good. The charges differ of course from how many rooms you have done. They are never unfair. They are very timely and it is always easy to get an appointment with them. They also always follow up with you. I am usually very satisfied with them.

It was easy to set an appointment with Steamaster. They gave us a three hour time frame. I needed to change the day and time. That was accomplished without a problem. They called to give us in advance to tell us that they would arrive an hour or more into the three hour time - which is very nice since it meant less waiting time at home. They were very efficient and pleasant during the cleaning. The estimate was on target. We were very pleased with the results. At the time of installation of the living room rug, it was suggested that we pick up the rug and send it out for cleaning. Since this would be a major job, we have not done it in the approximately 8 -10 years that we have had it. As it gets lots of traffic, we have never been very happy with the results of the portable cleaners. This method seems to be different. Also, the crew was careful to put foil pieces under all furniture. While any sort of cleaning is somewhat disruptive, this was relatively painless.

Excellent service. Great cleaning job. Pet odor not really gone but much better. Carpets look great.

We were mostly happy with the results of the carpet cleaning. The stains came out and haven't returned. There were 2 men who came and did the work. They were both very clean and courteous however they were late and I thought the price was a little too high.
