Work was done in a professional manner by a two man crew. They were on time and called 30 minutes prior to arrival.

After researching several companies, I chose them because of all their good reviews. From the moment I called until the job was finished, it went like clockwork. The company called to let me know the technicians were on their way. They got there at time they said they would. Both gentlemen were friendly and very professional. They did and EXCELLENT job. My furniture looks new again, and I did not have to "break the bank" to get it done. I plan on having them clean more furniture in a few months.

Steamaster was very late on the original appointment date, and by the time they were coming my building would not allow them to work. They were very apologetic and rescheduled the appointment at my convenience with a much shorter time window. Once they were here, they were professional, prompt, and clean. I would use them again definitely.

The front office called to confirm the appt the day before and then called that day to alert me that the technician was on his way to my home. He arrived with in the appropriate time frame and got straight to work. He was knowledgeable about what he needed to do, was professional in his interactions while being friendly and polite. The carpet and chairs looked marvelous! Will definitely be using the company again!

Very nice service, professional, on time (came early). Two individuals did the work, went quicker than I expected. The carpets & upholstery came out great.

Very punctual. Also I had wanted to clean a slate floor, they tested it first. They were very honest and said that the cleaning would not work on the grout. They tested a sample first and I decided to wait because of the grout. They were very fair about this. I will probably use them later when I have had the grout redone.

In a word, fantastic. Found them on this site, been needing to get someone in to do this work, and recently my dog got sick and made a mess of the carpet which forced the issue. I called on a Friday morning, got the estimate.....asked if i can book. They said when would you like to have someone come out. I said i would love today, but i doubt that is possible. They said they could do it but it would be later in the day. They promised to call when technician was on his way. Sure enough they called, said tech will be there in 40 minutes.......about 35 minutes later they arrived. They came in, looked around to get an understanding of the job. They took measurements. And right away went to work. They spent a tremendous amount of time on the couch as it really needed it. They worked their way through the entire job and never stopped. I asked them about the 10% Angie's list discount, which they applied on the spot. This morning things look fantastic, and i received a call from the company asking if everything was good or if i had any questions. A rare experience indeed..........great service, at a fair price.......and they actually cared about doing the job right. Well worth it. Thank!

The young men who showed up were well-trained, respectful and very professional. They accommodated my request to cause minimal mess and disruption to non-carpeted areas. The Steamaster staff were in and out quickly -- their end price was consistent with the phone estimate.

I reached out to the office and made an appointment to have two pieces of furniture cleaned. The day of the service, I was called by the office to let me know that the 2 technicians were on their way. This was well within the time range that we discussed previously. The 2 technicians showed up, greeted us with a handshake and offered us a sample of a spot stain removal for the future. The senior technician explained what needed to be done, and they proceeded to complete their work. They worked efficiently and we never felt uncomfortable with either of the gentlemen in our home. All I had to do was provide the furniture, and they did the rest. Understand that my couch and chair are about 25 years old...and never had been cleaned before. We just wanted to freshen them up and were pleasantly surprised of the outcome. Both the chair and the couch came out looking "almost like new" - after all, they are used and had some usual wear. Both gentlemen respected our property and cleaned up after themselves carefully and explained the drying process to us. I would recommend this company to others. We plan on having our carpets cleaned in the near future and certainly would call them back. The day after the work had been completed, the office called again to follow up and I told them we were completely satisfied.

I emailed and called the company to see how they could accommodate my needs. After discussing what I wanted cleaned and how that could fit within the parameters of the coupon, I purchased the discount from Angie's List. I asked for approximate prices of other items I need cleaned and found them quite fair. They confirmed and then two men came on the appointed date. The "boss" walked about, measured and then got on the phone with the office to price everything. As I wrote above, they were very accommodating. They snaked a hose from the street to our third floor apartment and proceded to steam clean our furniture and rugs. All told they cleaned two long sofas, two armchairs, six diningroom chairs, four oriental rugs, and two rooms of wall-to-wall carpeting. It was a great experience and I would recommend this company to anyone.

Two gentlemen arrived on time. Surveyed area to be cleaned. Did the necessary work and within one half hour my rather soiled carpet look almost like new. Very happy with the results.

They do a pretty good job. They were pretty fast. They come and do what they need to do. They move the furniture by themselves and put them back. They are pretty punctual and are here when they say they will.

This company is very professional. They follow-up promptly, show up as scheduled, and return all calls. The cleaning itself did not go perfectly as they missed a couple of spots near the sofa and loveseat. I am happy to report that they came back today and corrected the issue free of charge. I would use this company again in a second. Even though their initial work was not perfect, they provided a hassle free correction and showed a real interest in making sure that we were happy. What more can you ask for?

Gave good estimate, and provided discount with coupon on top of that. Picked up on time -- even though we had to reschedule at the last minute. When they found they were running late on delivery day, they called to ask if we wanted it later that day or the next. Everything was done professionally and courteously. Carpets are wrapped very nicely for moving. Would highly recommend.

Everything went very smoothly. The two men they sent each time were pleasant and cooperative. They arrived on time and always called shortly before arrival to let me know they were on the way. The results of the cleaning are excellent.

The 2 gentlemen arrived in the "window of hours" we agreed on, described the process, gave me a free bottle of carpet spot remover, and quickly went to work. Cleaning took about 45 minutes. They were very careful of my furniture and did a beautiful job. They were professional and courteous. My carpet looks great. I have to say I can still smell the cat in some areas but they warned me that they might not be able to completely remove the odor if it had penetrated the carpet padding or flooring beneath. In spite of that, I feel my carpet was as thoroughly cleaned as possible. I have already recommended them to several friends and I would definitely use them again.

After calling a few carpet cleaning services, and getting some outrageous prices, I checked Angie's list. Steammaster is local to my area, and had such good reviews, I decided to try them. They were wonderful on the phone, and gave me an approximate estimate, without pushing other services. They called when the rugs were back at their facility, and since I knew the rugs were not the cleanest, I agreed to the final price. They had given me a fair estimate, and I was pleased. They picked up on time, delivered on time, and were truly professional. I also purchased new padding for all four rugs, so you can see the final price was more than fair. They took everything and gave them a good cleaning. I was very pleased with them. It was expensive but it was worth it. They are very responsive - they always call to remind me that they are going to come. They came at a convenient time and also let me know when things were done. I gave them some measurements, and when they gave me a price, it turned out to be accurate. I thought that they handled everything professionally. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future, if necessary.
