Steamaster Carpet Cleaning

Everything went well. All stains were removed from carpets and my kitchen floor actually sparkles.

The pre-treated stains did not come out but I feel the amount of time between pre-treating and steaming those areas was too fast and perhaps if the pre-treatment was left on longer, the stains may have come out. They also missed two corners which I did not notice until they had left. It was not a great job but for the price, it was better than having to do it myself. While they gave suggestions on how to quickly dry the carpet, they did not leave the bottle of stain remover which is promised in the ad and also on the receipt. I read other reviews that stated they covered their shoes before entering your home but that was not the case. Bottom line, the price was reasonable enough and they did finish very quickly.

They were on time, the cleaning was well done and the service people polite.

Scheduling went smoothly and the men arrived on time. One man was in uniform and the other was not dressed professionally. As said before they had to measure because of the pricing system but the total price was much more than the $99 coupon we purchased on line with Angie's list. Total price was almost $300 for a small carpet a sectional sofa and chair.

They were very helpful with the quote and appointment setup. I prefer email and they emailed me and spoke to me on the phone when I called. They came and quickly cleaned the carpet. One carpet shrunk, just like they had said it might, and I was very happy because it was wavy. The techs were quick and efficient.

It went well though they were very late and didn't notify me. When it was past the time bracket I had been given I called the company to ask if they were still coming. They did come eventually, which certainly wrecked my day, but they were very nice and helpful. I wish I had known that they don't clean the fringe on the rugs, but all in all it was a good job and I would use them again.

They came when they said they would, the estimate was fair and accurate and the work product was excellent.

I think they were good. They were on time. They worked very carefully and did a great job at a good price.

They were responsive to emails for the quote. They showed up on time. They warmed me of any possible negative effects that the steam could have on my chenille area rug (like edges curling, due to the binding around the rug). They were very careful not to get the rugs too wet, since they are sitting on hardwood floors. All in all, very professional and friendly.

The staff arrived on time and were quick to get to work on cleaning one couch and rug on stairs leading to the second floor of the home. I was explained as to how long the process would approximately take and the instruments that would be used. The staff finished within the timeframe given for the job and were quick to clean up after themselves. I paid, and they were on there way. I was very satisfied with the finished product of the job

These guys were great. We needed cleaning at a place we rent out, in between tenants, and they were a pleasure to deal with. The entire transaction was done over the phone, from the estimate to the measurement to the final bill. In fact, we were not even there when the cleaning took place; they let themselves into the apartment and locked up after themselves. On our next visit, we saw that they had done a great job. When we received the bill, I pointed out that they had failed to give us the Angie's price and they immediately adjusted the price. They were courteous and professional every step of the way -- and really nice people, too. I would definitely use them again.

The workmen arrived on time (about 10AM), were courteous and did a good job of cleaning the carpet. They were perfectly agreeable to substitute cleaning the upholstery instead of a mattress. There was one bad stain in one room that they were not able to remove but overall the carpeting looked very good after the cleaning. I accepted the offer for scotchguarding and deodorizing since the price was reasonable. It took all day for the carpeting to dry so the earlier the service is started the better. By late evening the bedrooms still seemed slightly damp. Also, we could not sit on the sofa /loveseat until the next day because they also felt damp. They gave me a bottle of their own carpet cleaning solution before they left. I have used it for minor stains in the past year and have been very impressed with how well it works, better than any others I have ever used.

Overall impression was 8 out of 10. They arrived on time, they were nice. We gave them a half a room to do, they stuck to it. I would have liked to see a bit more effort on the job, but it was still a good job.

They came in and cleaned a chaise and my sofa. They were very good. They very through and on time which I appreciate.

I got multiple phone calls telling me that they were on their way. They arrived at the agreed upon time.They were courteous and professional. The total job took 45 min which I thought was quick. The rugs had not been cleaned in a while and were pretty dirty. I had to point out several areas that they missed after they were finished. They don't move anything with electronics on it which I was not told in advance or I would have done it. They gave me a bottle of spot cleaner for future use. Machine was truck mounted and seemed powerful. I probably won't use them in the future because this type of cleaning leaves the rugs wet for a long time and next time I want to try a different method that leaves the rugs more dry.

The two guys who came were on time, professional and pleasant. The worked quickly and the end result was exactly what I was looking for. I have a naughty cat and the carpet was stained and the sofa and loveseat smelled. When they were finished the room was clean and smelled great. Not only will I use them again, I will recommend them to anyone who needs the service.

I was very happy with their service. They spent half day in my house. It was a good price.

The guy was on time. He checked with his office to be sure that both rugs were under the limit on the area he could clean. They were. He went to work. One carpet was in a bedroom, the other in the living room. I was hoping that the cleaning of the carpet in the living room would lift the pile, but it didn't. However, he worked quickly, and the carpets looked clean, and smelled good. But the machinery damaged my floor on the way out.
