My overall experience was great. They are an excellent company. They came on time and they did what they were supposed to do. They explained the whole process and the results are exactly as I expected it to be. I had a great experience with them. Their price was good I guess. It was reasonable. I will absolutely use them again in the future if I need to.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal. The effect was plus/minus but at least it was cleaner; it might have been due to the state of the sofa. It was in a back room and they had to run a hose quite a distance to get to it. On the other hand, I was glad it was a wood floor because it certainly cleaned the wood floor. It was very wet and they didn't mop it up. This was the second time I've used them.

Steamaster Carpet Cleaning came when they said they would come, showed up on time and were very nice. They picked up our carpets and came back looking very nice. Their prices were fair.

They showed up on time, verified the estimate of dimensions, went to work, worked hard and efficiently. Everything looked great when they were done. They also gave an estimate for grout cleaning and sealing which seemed a bit high, so I shall try to do it myself, but if that doesn't turn out well, will go back to them. I anticipate calling them back next year for some area carpets, etc.

It was a good experience & I will have them again when rugs and floor need it

bought an angie list deal to clean some of the carpets in my house. they came on time, were able to clean the stairs and landing as well. no problems, would use again.

was looking to get carpets cleaned in an apartment building.

I was moving and wanted my carpets picked up and cleaned and then delivered to my new apartment. They picked up the carpets on time. When they gave me the bill at pickup, it contained a $50 fee to roll up the carpets. But the carpets were already rolled up and ready to go, so I wouldn't pay the $50. The boys had to call the office to clear up the problem. Then I had several delays in moving, and knew I had to pay a fee for storage. But the company kept calling me to ask about the moving date, despite telling them several times that the move was being delayed. Finally the rugs were delivered, and the largest one was not really as clean as it should have been. I called them about the end trim, which was all tangled. It was nice and smooth when I sent it out, but a mess when it was returned. I talked to a person on the phone, who told me he would come to the house to see the carpet, but he never did.

I also appreciated the courtesy and professionalism of both the pick-up/delivery crew and the people I dealt with on the phone. The job took a bit longer than I expected but otherwise I'm very happy with the service I got.

Good service the first time. Second time a little harder to schedule but they went out of their way to accomodate.

He did a good job. He was professional and a friendly gentleman.

Rug came back looking worse.I did better with a rental machine from the supermarket.

There was a lot of telephone calls because I wanted to fit it between a renovation and a family function. Of course, after getting mostly accommodated, we had a huge snowstorm predicted. So the tech comes earlier in the day before a raging snowstorm. He cleaned the stairs which was in the front part of the house. He wanted to drag the cleaning hoses through the house to where the kitchen was for he tiles but I asked if he could roll up everything and go to the kitchen through the back where there was convenient door. He was not too happy about it but he did decide to go with my request. The grout and cleaning of the tiles was really.... A miracle. The floor looked amazing. What other adjective can I possibly use that is more superfluous? He did ding and chip off the wood on one of my cabinet baseboard but the board is old so when it got scrapped, it chipped. Anyone could have done it, and if I rented equipment and cleaned myself, I'm pretty sure the outcome would be the same. Their equipment is very heavy duty. Otherwise, I am pretty happy and would call them for all my tile floors cleaning

I needed my carpets cleaned, up comes the offer from Angie's List. I went for it. I was very pleased!

When I called I spoke to Gina, who was very nice and didn't hesitate to give me a quote over the phone, and explain the process. They called to let me know they were on the way and when they would arrive. Mike and Brian were very pleasant. They showed me what they were doing and let me watch and ask questions. I was very happy with the condition of the furniture after it was cleaned. Shortly after they left, I had a phone call from Steamaster to find out if I was pleased with the service and results. I am!

Very professional. Contacted us regularly as to expected arrival and traffic problems due to snow. Advised us about need for insurance required by coop . upon arrival checked measurements of rugs,assessed need for cleaning .revised estimate downward work was efficient and speedy results. Gorgeous. Have spent much more previously on cleaning ,especial the oriental rug,yet with this cleaning the rug shines and no fuss about removing it. All done within one hour. we have 2 dogs and no problem with odor or residue smell Extremely satisfied

They were professional, courteous and prompt. They worked with our schedule. They called prior to confirm date and time, as well checked on how things were a few days after the service.

I srepped in ink which got on my shoe and I walked around my home with it stuck on my shoe. I did not notice right away that I was getting ink all over the carpet in my office and the hallway of my apartment. I called Steamaster because they have an excellent rating with Angies list. They were able to come to my place within a day or so. They arrived early, did the job efficiently and seemed to have removed all the stains. Several days later, after the carpet had thoroughly dried, some of the ink stains became visible again. I called the company and the owner came the following day to hand remove the stains. They seem to be permanently gone now. All was pleasant and efficient.

After a false start -- the company cancelled the first appointment last minute -- I was quite happy with the service. The representative I spoke with on the phone walked me through pricing and options and what they were able to do for concrete floors. The technician was very careful to test tools and solvents on small patches of floor before continuing and carefully explained what he would be doing and any risk of damage. The floors came out looking great. Giving the experience a B due to the high cost and missed first appointment, but would happily recommend using the company to anyone looking for a very thorough clean on concrete/resin floors.

They were punctual, did the work. There was s pot on the rug - they came back to go over it again

It was very basic service but they came on time, were very polite and did a good job of cleaning the sofa and chair.

Went fine although water spattered on a table and left water stain. Didn't notice till after they left.
