Furnace could not keep a steady water temperature for showers and water use.

He is supposed to come back this week to do the job. He explained everything to myself and my grand daughter. I was very satisfied.

For some reason - this company has not returned phone call s, nor responded to e-mails through Angie's list, when I was trying to inquire about installing gas boiler(s). This is totally unprofessional, and I personnally do not "get it".

It was a very positive experience. They provided the price on the spot, there was no advance visit. They were very reasonably priced, they did excellent work and they saved us a lot of money by repairing the old fixture rather than selling us a new one. I would say the integrity was very high. In our care they are a local company, they did the job at a fair price and it was done properly. They came very promptly after being called, they fixed the problem very rapidly and did good work.

Extremely professional, courteous and punctual. I had Ranshaw for my heating when I had oil, and needed a new system since the old system was 36 yrs old. I decided to go to gas. Called in 3 additional cojmpanies, and Ranshaw was the most reasonable, and were willing to also replace the hot water tank included in the total price. We call them for any plumbing problems, and have used them for 36 years. I highly recommend them.
