Description of Work: Our hot water wasn't working properly and with arctic temperatures expected starting tonight, I was concerned about our furnace. I called this morning and they said they would get someone here today. About 2pm I got a call that the plumber was on the way and he arrived within 20 minutes of the call. He found the problem (luckily it was something simple), explained it to me and all is well again. We've used them for years and this is a common experience.

Description of Work: We switched to Ranshaw a number of years ago for our heating oil and to service our furnace because we were not happy with the previous company we were using. We have stayed with them since because they are extremely professional and reliable. Whenever we need service, they come when they say they will, the issue is resolved and they clean up any mess. The workers in the office are always polite and respectful. I highly recommend this company for heating services. I did not fill in how much we spent, as we pay on an ongoing basis (this is not a one-time job).
