Description of Work: We had a severe and active termite infestation at various points around our house. We'd had a couple of other pest control companies come to give us a quote, but had been unimpressed and unconvinced that their treatments would be effective (not to mention they were expensive with annual fees). | |We found Lords on Angie's List, and Mark came to assess the situation--he was very calm, pleasant and professional, assuring us that it wasn't the worst case he'd seen. He clearly laid out what his treatment plan would be, and what steps we could take on our own to save some money--both my husband and I were won over by his honesty. When he came to do the treatment, it was performed efficiently and thoroughly, exactly as he had laid out, and he even left us with a bottle of paint-on borate at no extra charge. Overall, we were both impressed and pleased, and although we're hoping the problem is solved, if we ever need pest control again Lords will definitely be our first call.

Description of Work: |I WAS BEING INVADED BY CARPENTER ANTS. THEY CAME THE SAME DAY AND SPRAYED AND PUT DOWN BAIT . I PAID SFOR A YEARS SERVICE. I HAVE NOT YET CALLED THEM BACK B UT WILL D SO SOON.

Description of Work: Marc from Lord's was fantastic. Very responsive and reasonably priced. We had another company give us an estimate for termite treatment in the garage that was over $500. Marc was extremely professional and friendly. Came within a few days of the call, administered the treatment and left the garage clean. A+ for service!
