Exceptionally well. The inspector was thorough, professional, instructive and demonstrative in what he was inspecting. He was patient and re explained everything to me until I understood it. He took his time and was very informative.

It was very easy to make an appointment that worked with my schedule, and Matt Albano provided an excellent service. He was courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Many things were discovered that we needed to be aware of. Matt pointed out major concerns that we would not have known about, as well as areas that were structurally sound. He followed up with a very thorough inspection report that was just what I needed to begin my complete home renovation. I wouldn't hesitate to use them!

I choice this company based upon the reviews I seen here on Angie's List. They sent out Matt and I must say the review were accurate. Matt was great to work with. He was very details and pay attention to everything. As we moved along the house, he answered any questions I had and was very good at explaining how the home operated to me. I got the report back fairly quickly which was appreciate and he did a nice summary of items that needed to be fixed, thing that would be good improvements to do over time and more. I'll definitely be requesting Matt next time around!

Matthew Albano from True View Home Inspections was very professional and informative. He took his time during the inspection to make sure my fiancé and I understood each thing he inspected and also answered each question we had. What I found most impressive with True View Home Inspections is the reports they provide. I researched numerous companies in the area and their reports were well organized and very informative. It breaks down the information into logical subject matter and also provides pictures in the report to reference. Matthew was quick to respond to all my emails and was always on top of things. Would use them again

Justin did our home inspection and he was great! He's very professional, thorough and friendly. He walked is through everything he was doing, and took the time to explain all of it. The report includes detailed pictures of things that need monitoring, updating or replacing. I would definitely recommend these guys if you need an inspection.

My husband and I are first time home buyers and chose True View Home Inspections based on the reviews here on Angie?s List. We were not disappointed. Matt Albano was not only punctual but he arrived early to inspect the exterior of the house before we arrived to meet him. Based on our interaction with him, I would say he?s very knowledgeable in his field and super friendly. We started with the outside of the home and worked our way through each floor meticulously. He was very patient with answering our questions and explaining how the house was set up and functioned. He would note things the current owners did well, and he would also point out things we could do to improve the home down the road. He gave us a ton of tips on what to do to properly maintain the home over time (of which I probably forgot some and will call him later for a refresher). He also pointed out a couple immediate issues that where should focus our attention. He provided a very detailed report within 24 hours which also included pictures of what he observed. Last, but not least, Matt is very responsive. Even over 1 month past the inspection, he?s still answering my questions and providing insight. We didn?t know Matt before Angie?s List, but I have a feeling we?ll know each other for a long time after. We recommend True View Home Inspections to our friends and family.

Great service. They arranged the test with my real estate broker so I did not need to meet them in person myself. Performed the test on time and sent the report via email promptly. I got a deal through Angie's List - cheap, professional and prompt. What more could you want?

It went really well! Rich Tinaro was our inspector and he's outstanding! He's thorough, professional, punctual, and knows a lot about how things should be constructed. He answered all our questions and had a report in our hand s very quickly, even on a holiday weekend. Totally would recommend Trueview.

We are in the process of selling our rental home. To provide potential buyers peace of mind and confidence about purchasing the property, we decided to have a home inspection. We selected True View Home Inspection due to the positive comments stated on Angie's List. We were extremely pleased with the home inspection conducted by Rich. He was punctual, pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Rich was thorough and demonstrated great attention to detail. We were amazed that the inspection findings were promptly e-mailed shortly after the home inspection was completed. The report was detailed with accompanying photographs. We were provided a heads up regarding problems requiring repair. We used the report as a guide to prepare the property for sale. We will definitely use Rich again. The smartest thing we have done is to join Angie's List; which has provided many great referrals.

We saw that True View came very highly recommended through Angie's List and used the company to inspect a home we were considering purchasing. The praise was warranted; our inspector, Justin Albano, was punctual, professional and patient throughout the two-and-a-half hour inspection. He observed and pointed out key details about the property, highlighted and explained potential concerns and answered any and all questions clearly and in great detail. We would have no hesitation about using them again and recommending them to others.

We had to use them twice. First time around, unfortunately the deal fell through. But Matt did great work. Was very thorough and professional. Second time around we had Rich. And was very impressed as well. It was an older house (1958 built as opposed to the 1987 built house we inspected the first time). And felt like the inspection was even more thorough than last time. He started at the roof and outside and meticulously checked everything outside and inside for two and half hours. The report was detailed. There was no real entry-way to the attic, but once we got permission to enter it through the back of a closet, he went in and inspected it as well - something that he didn't have to do. The second time around the radon test, however, took a while to get back. But not that big of a deal. Highly recommend.

Rich was terrific! Even before the scheduled time for the appointment, Rich was on site inspecting the exterior and had already taken many pictures and notes. He let me tag along during the inspection and was a wealth of information and advice. He was a pleasure to chat with and was quite patient with all of my questions. When issues were spotted, he had no problem letting me know what I could fix myself and when I should hire a professional. He inspected everything in the home and it was easy to tell that he has a lot of experience and knowledge. He checked for termites and showed me afterward where the building had a prevention system in place. At the end of the inspection, he accepted a credit card on site using his iPad - convenient! We received a complete report, with pictures, through email the same day. I would definitely recommend True View to anybody and I will hire them again in the future.

We spent a few hours going throughout the outside and inside of the house. He even let me go back over things if I had something that might have popped up in my head long after we had discussed it. He was very accessible via email afterwards.

Rich was on the roof even before the appointment. He took a full 2+ hours meticulously walk us through the whole house. He is extremely knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions . I received the report a few hours later. Very thorough report with lots of pictures, and tells us the priority of a list of thing that need to be fixed. I am very happy with his service, and would definitely recommend him.

I contacted Justin through Angie's List, scheduling on my end was really all over the place but Justin was very considerate of that and worked with me to get it all sorted out. I greatly appreciated that he understands how hard it is to tie everything down between the agents and your work schedule to get the inspection done. I worked with Rich on the inspection and he was fantastic. Showed up early and really went above and beyond to help me through out the process. Super friendly guy with a great eye for details, took his time and went over everything carefully. Very keen to share his knowledge and insight with me. Turn around time on the report was very quick, and the report is easy to navigate and understand. After the inspection Rich was able to answer a some follow up questions I had regarding the home and work I wanted to do. Overall an Excellent experience from TrueView start to finish.Highly recommended.

Spoke to Justin who was really nice. He had another job at the time I had requested so he sent his partner Rich. Rich is a gentleman, a real pleasant man. I had a lot of questions and Rich answered every single one of them. These guys know what they are doing & treat their customers very very good. I'm happy with True View!

Being pressed for time I came across this company on Angies list. They were absolutely fantastic! Communication was great from start to finish. Rich was on-site even before the appointment. He took a full 2 hours covering the house. He was able to answer every question I had and was extremely knowledgable in every aspect of the inspection. The inspection report speaks for itself, it was extremely details with numerous pictures, hazards, tests, I could go one forever. I have never taken the time to write review, but in this case is was absolutely warranted, highly recommended!

Justin from Trueview was very thorough in his inspection. He seemed very knowledgeable and took a lot of time to explain everything that he was looking at. I had a friend with me on this inspection who recently purchased a home. My friend commented to me privately that Justin was much more thorough in his inspection than the inspector who he used. All in all, Justin spent about 2 hours inspecting the 1300 sq ft 4 bedrooms, 2 baths cape cod that we eventually purchased. I would not hesitate to use Justin again or recommend him to my friends and family.

I was in the process of purchasing my new home and the Realtor Cedric referred me to him since he is the best. Justin met me at my house on the day scheduled on time and was very excited to uncover anything as i was too. We started from the outside which he shown me the roof was really bad and said that is problem 1. Then we did a 360 on the exterior before we went into the house. He was very good at catching things that might be hidden or need repairs. I shown me issues that I would of never thought to look for as a new home buyer. Cutting to the chase, He was a very professional Home inspector and great guy. I am happy to have experienced the service with him. Thanks.

Justin was simply amazing! We decided to go with him because of all the positive reviews on Angie's list. We never thought that there would be many issues with a new construction, but boy were we wrong. Justin walked us through the entire house and meticulously pointed out all of the issues and shortcuts the builder had taken. He also talked about things we needed to keep an eye on in the coming weeks, months, and years to come. He also offered to come back and check on anything we had any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend Justin to anybody who wants to get a clear picture of what their house is hiding!

Please note this review is a result of living in the home for a year and uncovering all the things that should have been caught during the inspection. Pros: Justin was professional, responsive, and friendly Cons: He missed way to many items that cost my family way too much money to rectify. 1. Electrical Box- Had to replace the entire main electrical box due to water actually coming from outside the house, down the wires and into the box. Now, you might say that the inspector might not catch it because on the day of inspection there was no rain, however, the fact that the entire bottom of the electrical box was rusted through may suggest a problem. Upon paying $3000 to a professional to fix the system, he let me know this was a longstanding problem (as demonstrated by the decay), and his one compelling comment to me was "How did this pass inspection?" Great question 2. Crawl space- completely missed a crawl space. I can understand a little bit because it was covered by a piece of plywood, but would think the inspector would know to ask or move the wood. This crawl space has cost me about $500 to insulate and seal to stop water from pouring in 3. Chimneys - no access panels to remove ash/burning embers, nor was the furnace vented appropriately. Another $500 to get up to code and again, this different contractor asked me "how did this pass inspection?" 4. Oil tank- luckily, this was caught before settlement and the previous homeowner had to pay for the removal of an underground oil tank. Again, understanding the codes in the town would have been helpful as this discovery delayed settlement Overall, professional but the lack of knowledge on town codes and just missing some very glaring, dangerous, and costly items is why I cannot recommend True View Home Inspections

We actually hired Justin twice, for home inspections on two separate homes. The first one fell through based on a completely unsafe deck that pretty much was the backyard. Both times Justin showed up right on time, or early, and went right to work. He took his time and answered all the questions I had during the inspection. He did a great job of explaining what issues were major, and what were minor. He was able to approximate how much certain things might cost us if we had to take care of them. He gave a clear list of priorities, for what to take care of when we moved in, and what to keep an eye on. When our first deal fell through they offered us a discount on the next home. Once we were ready to close on the home Justin even did a final walk through inspection with us to take a look at all the fixes that were done. We were thoroughly impressed with his service, and would definitely recommend him.

Is is the third time we did a home inspection. The two previous times, we worked with an inspector who was recommended by our agent. Justin's service was incomparably better, way more professional than the others'. Justin was first very responsive and accommodated quickly with our home inspection request. He was in advance, and spent 2 1/2 hours on the 2100sf house. He was very focused, giving us very valuable information and details regarding the construction quality, what needed to be repaired or improved. He also checked all parts of the roof. We got a report the next day. It was very detailed and thorough. We also got a radon test performed in the backyard. We ended up not buying the house, and Justin's service was a great help for our decision. We are very happy with Justin's service. We will most likely work with his company again!

They were incredibly professional, personable, clear in their questions and explanations and thorough. When they arrived and realized the space of the office was just slightly smaller than I had originally assessed, Justin offered an on the spot reduction in the price for the estimate. I had interviewed a number of home inspectors for this job and am so happy i trusted my gut and went with Justin and Trueview - I would most definitely use their services again should the need arise and I highly recommend them!

Beware of True View Home Inspections. If you are looking for an inspector, I would highly recommend that you avoid this company. My experience has been horrific. As a first time homeowner, I was naïve and trusted that my inspector, Justin Albano, would conduct a proper and thorough inspection. This did not happen and my family has been the victim of Justin?s negligence. Justin conducted his inspection in a short amount of time and informed us that the home was in good quality (subject to many disclaimers in his inspection report which he relies on to take no responsibility for his inaptitude). We were having the living room floor sanded in preparation for moving into the house and the floor was so weak from termite damage that it literally cracked. We found out we have severe structural damage to our home. There are so many problems that Justin did not identify during his inspection, not limited to and visible by the access points into the crawl space: large quantities of frass (for those of you that do not know what this means, this is termite excrement after eating the wooden beams that hold our house up), insect damaged joists (holes in the beams that hold our house up), and improper electrical wiring. If Justin had conducted a proper inspection, we would have been alerted to the problems prior to purchasing our home (and we would have been able to make an informed decision whether we wanted to purchase the home with such visible defects or negotiate a reduction in the purchase price). I would never trust this company. When I alerted Justin that there was a hole in our living room, Justin visited the home and had one of his architect contacts visit the home to assess the damage. The first thing Justin said to me when I called him while he was visiting the home was ?I?m so sorry?. He seemed to want to ?work with us? and help rectify the damage until he realized how much it would cost to repair the home. After sending him an estimate for repairs, he sent us an email saying his insurance agent was now involved and that he would allow them to handle it, and we have never heard from him again. In addition, the day AFTER our inspection Justin emailed me a copy of a 'pre-inspection agreement' with no explanation except a note that reads: ?Please save this for you records?. When I received the email I thought this must be a receipt for our payment because we NEVER received a pre-inspection agreement to review, we were NEVER told about such ?pre-inspection agreement? (which essentially attempts to waive any accountability of the inspector for his inspection findings) and we NEVER signed such agreement. When we discovered the termite issue, I spoke to Justin and I told him that I searched through my records of any correspondence with him and found this email from him the day after our inspection. I told him that we never received an agreement to sign and we never signed an agreement. He said it was signed on his tablet which is completely not true. This is an honest and accurate description of my experience with Justin Albano at True View Home Inspections. Homeowners should avoid company.
