Went great. Victor was very thorough. Found a leak and several other issues I had missed. Very patient, answered all of my many questions. Went over report with me in detail. Like a Sherlock Holmes investigation when these guys do a home inspection. THEY'RE GOOD!

Victor showed up at the agreed upon time. He was thorough and professional. At the end of the inspection, he sat with us and showed us each picture, while explaining any areas of concern. He asked us if we had any questions and if so answered with the knowledge of his 21 + years experience. His assessment helped us to feel reassured about our future purchase.

I was looking for a home inspector in my area to inspect a condo that I am planning to purchase. The first thing I did was I went to Angie's List and they sent me a bunch of home inspectors. I came across True View Home Inspections Co which had good reviews. I called them immediately, I spoke to Justin he set up an appointment right away. Shortly after i had to cancel the appointment because the owner of the condo was not ready. I sent a message to Justin on a Sunday to set up another inspection date. He was very understanding then he gave me the another appointment for the exact date that i wanted. Justin and Jason were punctual, very nice, respectful, they took their time to inspect everything they needed to inspect, and they were very knowledgeable of their job. While they were inspecting they were explaining every problem that they found. Most realtors advise you that it is not necessary to do inspections in a condo, but I think its necessary believe it or not you find little or mayor problems, after the inspection was done in one day I received the inspection report right away. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for home inspectors.

We showed up late to the inspection due to flooding caused by heavy rains but Justin was already there and ready to go. He did a thorough inspection, explaining each step of the process and offering valuable insight and advice. Being new to both the home buying experience and to the area, Justin was able to guide us through the inspection and help us to understand what concerns were really concerns and which were things we could adjust according to preferences. We were really glad that we had followed the recommendation to use True View and will now recommend them ourselves for home inspections.

This was my first home inspection and Justin was extremely helpful. He walked us through everything pointing out not only issues that needed to be addressed today but explaining various things about what we should look for in an old home. He was also great when I first called him for a quote and even told me that some tests other home inspectors had recommended were pointless and a waste of money. He graciously accommodated a last minute scheduling change as well. I would definitely recommend Justin to anyone needing a home inspection.
