Description of Work: Justin and his crew were great. They came with 3 inspectors, and went through my 4 properties in one day. They provided a thorough report, with pictures, in PDF format. Much better than the carbon copy check list reports that are used by most inspectors. I will use them with every property purchase I make.

Description of Work: Matt Albano from True View Home Inspections performed an inspection for a house that I eventually ended up buying. Matt was a true professional and took the time to perform a thorough inspection. He walked me through everything he was doing and did not hesitate to climb up on the attic for a look around. Since we performed the inspection during winter, Matt offered to come back in Spring for an AC test. When I took up on his offer, he was prompt and responsive and also did another pre-closing inspection. I was extremely happy with his service and would recommend him without reservation.

Since we were coming from out of state I was very pleased when he called prior to our appointment to confirm time and go over the details. Home inspection was professional and detailed. He was very knowledgeable about local codes and did a thorough inspection. The report was delivered very timely and via email.

Description of Work: Matt performed a thorough inspection in a townhouse that my boyfriend and I are purchasing. I spoke to Justin initially and set the appointment up with him. He was so helpful and thorough in explaining everything to me over the phone regarding the inspection and what would be done. We needed the inspection done on the weekend to fit our schedule and it had to be done asap. The brothers were so accommodating. Matt actually arrived early to our appointment and the current homeowners let him in to begin. He explained step by step to my boyfriend what he was going to do. For the next 2 hours he thoroughly went through the house from top to bottom and inside and out explaining everything he was doing and why. Matt took pictures of everything inside and out and informed us we would have a written report within 2 days. We would without hesitation highly recommend these 2 brothers to anyone whether a first time home buyer or someone buying their second or third house.

Description of Work: Great brother duo. They are young but seemed to be very knowledgable. And most importantly don't get hung up on a crack in the sidewalk. They are looking for real problems and speaking a language you can understand. Simple terms and explanations. I loved the follow up. Great job and recommend.
