Service provider was expert, communicative, and professional. Services were provided as stated/detailed, we are very happy with the final result. Net effect, our master bath went from appearing very worn to appearing very new. Victor did excellent work, clearly has a lot of expertise, and was very good in communicating details about his product and his work. Tim was thorough and responsive on the business end. This day and age it is a delight to find a company that truly takes pride in its work and delivers outstanding results. That company is Sir Grout Westchester. I have a large limestone floor that runs through my foyer, kitchen, mudroom and powderroom and I HATED what the tile and grout looked like: dirty, stained and disgusting. We had a couple of companies come to our home to give us an estimate and Sir Grout Westchester right from the start demonstrated why they are head and shoulders above the rest. While the other companies were in and out of my house as fast as they could, interested in merely throwing a number at me, Sir Grout took the time to accurately measure our rooms, assess our situation and explain in detail why our floors were in the condition they were in and what the different steps were in the restoration process. They presented different options they could take once they were finished cleaning the floors and explained what the difference would be in the results. And they were the only company to give me color choice options, putting samples down for me to see, and made it clear that I would know exactly what my floor would like BEFORE the job was scheduled and I would choose the best color for my floor. Tim and Victor were courteous, knowledgeable, neat and professional and the end result was amazing! Now I love my limestone which did not look this good when it was installed and now it is not only restored but protected. I now know how to clean and maintain my floors. and I've been using their neutral cleaner and it's great. I could have saved a lot of money with another company had I wanted to settle for an inferior result and I know I made the right choice. I strongly recommend Sir Grout Westchester for those who care about quality and getting the best result.

The tiles are Mexican handmade tiles, and the grout was old and unevenly stained. The floor tiles were unsealed Mexican terra cotta tiles. The workman from Sir Grout, Vic, came to measure and discuss the options, and gave me three choices of colors of grout as well as explaining possible work that could be done to enhance and seal the floor tiles. We chose to seal the floor tiles without enhancing (Vic explained and demonstrated how enhancing would deepen the color of the tiles) and to clean and color the grout. This is the second time we have arranged for service from Sir Grout. Tim O'Leary is responsive and cordial to deal with. The estimate is the cost. The job included purchase (optional) of a neutral ph cleaner to maintain the tiles after the treatment. Vic was here when he said he would be, and completed the job at the estimated time. He was helpful in explaining and in trouble-shooting issues in the bathroom, always polite and communicative, and did excellent work. He left the bathroom and surroundings neat and clean when he was done.

It was so refreshing to have a company do work that actually takes pride in their workmanship.

He was fine, but I thought he was very expensive. The boss told me that he has different crews that came out to actually do the work. He was very professional. He had a clipboard with him and he measured everything. He explained what he would do. He was the first estimate that I've got. He came when he was supposed to come and he knew what he was talking about. It's strange that he hasn't call to see if I was interested in using him. He was very nice, I liked him. In fact I asked him if he would personally do the work and he said no.

No work performed; refused to come out to give an estimate. Gave the impression they were looking only for expensive jobs.

The entire process was seamless from initial estimate, through cleaning/repair/re-grouting and final clean-up. Very professional and very efficient. I would definitely use Sir Grout again.

I appreciated the fact that he was honest about the kind of work he does and that he helped me find someone to work with my project who did a good job.

They came in and completed it on time, as promised. It was prompt and they communicated well with me. I got a good price and good service. My wife and I were very happy with Sir Grout.
