Description of Work: Purchased the 99$ roof inspection. Which was for roof inspection and minor repairs and photos. Was told needed a new roof. No minor repairs done at all. told me plywood likely not needed but would only know after roof removed. Didn't go in attic to see underside of roof. Super quick estimate and photos provided. Got another company estimate. Went in attic and clearly found I would need new plywood. Wound up going with the other company. Feel that I wasted the $99 because I wound up going with a different company and no repairs were done so the $99 was sort of a waste. Also feel that the inspection wasn't complete because never went in attic and the estimate for new roof under shot the likely cost of new roof.

Description of Work: company cleaned gutters and came 1 day late. this may have been due to miscommunication. HOWEVER THE SECOND TIME THEY DID ASSESSMENT OF OUR ROOF, AND REPORTED THAT OUR FLASHING AROUND OUR CHIMNEY NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED. CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES TO TRY TO ARRANGE THIS. THEY NEVER CALLED BACK. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE, AND A DISGRACE.
