The work was excellent. We had them put vinyl siding on the exterior sides of our home. Their price was excellent. Their bid was the lowest we received. We had only wanted to fix a small portion of the siding replaced with vinyl siding, but their price was so good we decided to get more work done.

They didn't show up for the first appointment, and waiting made me late for work. I understood there was a family emergency, and was okay with that explanation. For the next appointment, they were on time and friendly and seemed to know what they were talking about. I was happy with the estimate. We set a date for the work to be done at the beginning of my vacation week, while we were not there. We returned from our vacation a week later that the agreed-upon start date, late in the day, and found several men on a scaffold, hurriedly working at putting up siding on the front of the house. Even though they understood that they should take care with my front garden (written on the estimate), they didn't. I found 70 nails dropped in my garden and lawn, and many pieces of sharp aluminum from the old siding that they had removed. I also had to call the sprinkler company to fix two sprinkler heads that no longer worked properly after they left. When I complained, I never received an apology. The work looks good, but I was not happy with the clean-up and punctuality issues.

My entire experience with Prime was absolutely exceptional. When I placed my original call, I left a message with their service. Within 1-hour Perry, an owner, called me back. The company is family owned and he was able to get his father (father in law) Gino to come to my house later in the day. So my first interaction with Prime was great - very professional. But wait - it gets better. Gino arrived to my home later that day and made his own appraisal of the work that was needed with my roof. Simply put - he told me that I did not need any work done by a roofing contractor, instead, he identified that my problem was related to gutter guards that were incorrectly installed by another contractor. When I pressed him about some other small projects that were suggested around my roof (some flashing projects) - he suggested that I could save my money and just get some caulk and do the work myself! His honesty was heart-felt and heart-warming. I even showed him another project that I had in my attic - a section of the flooring was weak. He showed me how I could quickly fix that - again, by myself. In addition, Gino said that when I got to the point in the future when I would need a new roof (for whatever reason) I should not pay more than $15,000 (not the $26K that was quoted by one of the other contractors that I had asked to look at my roof). I can not say enough about this company. I had read their other reviews on Angie's List - but to see their integrity and honesty up close was truly humbling. The world would be a much better place if we all treated each other as well as Gino/Prime treated me!!

They were great. It took them 3 and a half days from start to finish. They showed up at 7:30 each morning and didn't leave until 7:00 PM. The only time they stopped working was during a severe thunderstorm. Perry was a great person to deal with and will probably call him again for other projects. Absolutely great service.

This company was very pleasant and easy to work with. They did things efficiently and very swiftly. This company charged us a fair price for the work. I highly recommend them.

Very prompt inspection and estimate given at first visit. Work was started as soon as the weather allowed. One day prior, 2 workers came and put tarps down in the attic. Then the very efficient 10-man+ crew completed the job in one very long day! The roof and yard clean-up was exceptional and more than we expected. The tarps were then removed from the attic and it was left as clean as previously. We couldn't have been more pleased with the entire job.

Everything went very well. Gino was polite, cooperative and professional. The work was done neatly and on time. I would recommend Prime home improvements to anyone interested in their services.

As promised and agreed to. Geno supervised, and the men were professional, on-time, worked hard, and finished on-time as promised. An excellent experience. Have already recommended the company.

I love this company! Used them two years ago for my roof. Just finished job last week on outside siding and gutters etc. Gino the owner is fabulous! Calls every other day to make sure you are satisfied with workers, came over quite a few times to go over all details. Started when stated and finished much sooner than was expected. Excellent work, would use this company again for sure! Gino has become a friend to us not just a business assoc. He makes you feel so important and has great professionalism. Thanks Gino! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, you will not be disappointed!

I RECOMMENDED TO OTHER PEOPLE. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WORLD. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME. THEY DID WHAT I ASKED THEM TO DO. I HAD NO ADJUSTMENTS TO THE JOB. I DIDNT ASK TO CHANGE ANYTHING. THEY DID IT IN THREE DAYS, AND THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.
