Out initial contact was poor. There was work that hadnot been completeddue to circumstaces beyond our control. When we were are to move forward' tt took several monts to get a response from the contractor.when the work was done it was excellent and despite the issues we are using them again. Still waiting for a call back from Monday.

Called these folks and setup an appointment for May 14, 2014 at 1:00pm, so they can look into a leak on my roof (among other things) and provided the guy my contact info when asked (address, cell number, etc). The day of the appointment, took a vacation day from work and waited but they never showed nor called. Called them an hour and half after the scheduled time and they told me the guy was in the neighborhood but couldn't find my house and that he didn't call because he didn't have my phone number (even though I had provided my cell). Asked the lady to called the guy and tell him I was willing to wait for him and she tells me she have no ways of contacting him. (on this day and age.. go figure!!!). She then offered to rescheduled they appointment but I told her: ?thanks but not thanks? I guess that?s what I get for contacting B-rated providers J Stay away from these guy!!!.

I responded to the Big Deal for roof ice removal and received a prompt response from Rob. Unfortunately, due to their busy schedule, an appointment could not be scheduled, until 4/18/14. By that time, all of the snow and ice had melted, so I called to cancel the appointment. Because the company is local and Rob was very pleasant, understanding and professional, I decided to keep the company in mind, for future work.

On April 1, 2014, I suspected that I had a small roof leak. Because of a previous pleasant experience, I decided to contact Prime Home Improvement. Gino arrived, on schedule, did the physical inspection and told me where the problems were. He could not give me a verbal estimate, but promised a written estimate would follow. April 14, 2014, I sent an e-mail to inquire when I would receive the estimate. No response was received. May 13, 2014, I phoned and spoke with a woman. She took all of my information and said someone would get back to me. Still, I have heard nothing. *Update to Company Response* The company response to my 5/13/2014 was incredible. They have my address, because Gino physically came to the property to perform the estimate, which is 10 minutes away from the company offices. He could easily have mailed the estimate or dropped it off in my mailbox.He also had my card, which had all of my contact information: two phone numbers and e-mail. If that had been lost, the follow-up e-mail and phone call would have supplied that information, for a second time.In addition, this was my second contact with the company. The first was in response to an ice removal Big Deal. Not only was there an exchange of e-mails and phone calls, there was a refund issued, because the ice melted before they could keep their appointment, thereby creating a paper trail.If they didn't want to do the job, the contractor "code" is usually to give a super-high estimate! No response followed by lame excuses is beyond unprofessional.

The service turned out well. They were very patient and had good customer service. There was a gap in communication between the people we were working with. Not all of the information got relayed appropriately. There was no issue with scheduling.

Men showed up as scheduled. Work was done to our satisfaction.

We had Water Damage to our house and entire first floor and basement need to be rebuilt--- We contacted various contractors but found Prime Home to be most genuine of the people we saw. They were very responsive to our needs, came 4 times to review the work, provided detail proposal, listened to us where we had disagreement over price. Within hrs of signing contract they started the work and finished the work well in time. I found prime home improvement people-- Mell and Robert to be the most honest contractors in the business, their staff is phenomenal and everybody work with full professionalism-- 1. Workers seem very happy working for prime 2. Every day proper clean up was done after the work. 3. They gladly did small things without extra charge. 4. Each job was done to 100% satisfaction. 5. No hidden charges, whatever is committed was done on time. I also noticed that Prime Home Improvement will tell the most right thing to do without price gauging which is very important in a contractor. I wish prime all the success and I WOULD HIGHLY recommend them to anybody who is looking for a " HONEST CONTRACTOR"

The communication with them was good and I had talked to the painter and we weren't able to agree on a good date and I lost track of time.

Our experience with them was okay. There was a discount on the price, but from what I have read, there were other prices that were lower. We did not spend more than the $159 Big Deal.

I talked to him on the phone and it doesn’t seem like it will be worth the deal. They didn’t seem very reassuring.

The service did not turn out too well, because although they cleared the roof, they crushed all my plants under them. I wrote to them to say that they crushed all my plants. They never responded to my email, which I found disconcerting. We recommended to our friend who used them, and they got back from the city to find 4 feet of snow in front of their garage, and so they could not get into their garage. We have had nothing but the best dealings with them in the past. They broke an every green tree in the back, and the shrubbery will have to be replaced. We had purchased two big deals, and they cleared all of our roof. We had contractors working here, and they were supposed to be here by a certain time, and we had to leave. We were scared of the ice on our sunlight roof. They had replaced the sky light roof, and so they are familiar with the roof, but this service did not work out too well. I thought it was irresponsible for them not to respond. We thought the price was good, but you get what you pay for. I will not use them again for raking the roof.

We had several ice damns that had formed, and they did a very good job in removing them. They worked very quickly -- quick enough that I probably could have just done one hour. This was the first time I had used them for ice removal, and I would use them again in the future as well as recommend them to others. I also appreciate that it was an emergency booking after a bad storm!

They were on time and did exactly what they were supposed to do. They were quick, efficient, and very good at their jobs.

Prime Home Improvement did a good job. I would use them again in the future.

Spoke with the local office prior to booking. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful and courteous. I was concerned about the potential damage to my roof and asked if they would consider coming earlier if any cancellations occurred. They arrived four days earlier than the scheduled booking. No hesitation in recommending or using this company in the future.

He was supposed to show up between 11-1. He got on another job and he never called us until we called him. We were unhappy with that because he should have called us to inform us that he was not coming. He said that he could be here at 4:30 in the afternoon, but it was already dark at that time and it is not safe to be on the roof. We found another company to do the job and we are going to get a refund for the deal.

The person from Prime Home Improvement contacted me a couple of times. Very courteous. They were scheduled to come on 2/21, but had to postpone. We agreed that if I no longer needed the service (it had warmed up and the snow and ice was melting) that I would contact them to cancel, then request a refund. They were perfectly professional. I just no longer needed the service.

Ross responded immediately to my request. I sent photos of the problem area. Two workmen arrived the next day prepared to tackle the problem. They did an excellent job.

Prime Home Improvement did a great job, making very good use of the time they quoted. Very clear in communicating the Angie's List deal and the work they provided. Would recommend and use again. Thank you.

I ended up asking them to leave 3 days into the job.

It went fine. They did what I wanted them to do in the allotted time. I was satisfied with that. I was happy with the results. It was a lot for them to finish and they did. I had no complaints that I can remember.

They put a complete new roof on my home, and they did a quality job. Once we got everything straightened out and got the appointment set, they did a great job. A year and a half later, it's holding up just fine.

The work in a matter of a few days. there was an initial stumbling block because the village changed its requirements in that the work needed a permit which he obtained in a day. a slight setback however everything else went very smoothly. I am very satisfied and they could have not been more accommodating.

We had a great experience with Prime Home Improvement. They came on time, very professional, provided written report on our roof inspection.
