Professional service that I would highly recommend

Both workers arrived early and ready to work. They were very pleasant but did not speak fluent english so communication was difficult at times. My only complaints are that there are several paint drops on my floors that were never cleaned up. They were very clean, otherwise, and never took breaks which drove me crazy..!! very hard-working men.

Gino was our contact. From the beginning to end it was a positive experience. He took time to explain exactly what work would be done. Estimate for roof replacement was competitive with others. We knew we needed some carpentry work and selected Prime because they did carpentry as well as roof repair. Additional work required which was not included in estimate was fairly priced and done professionally. Photos were taken of roof where additional work was needed. Workmen were courteous and knowlegeable. All issues addressed promptly. Clean up was excellent. Finished within timeline as estimated. Met all commitments as promised. Was a big benefit to work with a contractor that could do more than roofing since often other repairs are discovered when roof is lifted. In our case, we needed a portico reinforced. I would highly recommend this company.

The experience was good. They did not clean up well. However, The weather was awful that day and they were very busy. We found some stuff that should have been swept up. Overall, it was fine. They were on time and completed the work. We purchased another deal and they are returning to do more work.

It was an unpleasant experience due to lack of courtesy, communication, and responsiveness. Also I was annoyed with the bait and switch. Advertised price was low. Price we paid was quite high.

They arrived 10 minutes early and were probably the hardest workers I have ever encountered. They did a fabulous job. They were courteous and did a good job cleaning up and putting furniture back where it belonged. I still can't believe how much they got done. Even my husband, who was a house painter years ago and is very particular about painting jobs, was impressed. We're hiring them to do more....

The 2 painters sent were prompt, polite, and professional. They completed the job (1 large loft bedroom) as requested, including moving furniture as needed, and did a really nice job. The only problem - after they left I discovered the fellows cleaned their brushes in my bathroom sink which clogged the sink a bit. It was not a really big deal (I bought a long brush and cleaned out the clog myself) and since I didn't call the main office, I can't really complain. If I could be assured of getting the same painters (they were great), I would be tempted to use this company again.

Be certain to follow up after you buy the coupon. I had to call twice to establish a date. Also they had me down.for a different cheaper job Which they readily agreed to .change. Many people would not be aware that no woodwork or doors are included. I never received a call to reinforce that they were coming. The first time they did not show I had to call.They then to[d me they broke down and couid not make it. The message isto check and double check every detail. We received several quotes and Gino Ciuffetelli from Prime gave us a good price and put together the most detailed proposal of all the estimates we received. He showed up when he said he would. And his crew was professional and they performed the work in a timely manner. Additionally, when we had questions about one aspect of the job, he came the next day to check on the work and explain everything that was done. Ultimately, the roof looks great and we would use them again for future work.

The workers arrived on time each day as expected. The job was very professionally done and completed. The workers were very competent and in all of our interactions with them they were courteous and professional. When things were pointed out that needed attention they were pleasant and took care of them with no problem. When the work was completed all debris was hauled away and our property was swept and left clean. The result of the work that was done is our house looks great. Overall, we are very pleased with the job that was done.

I had realized there were two leaks in our roof. I noticed that during the latest rain storm in the area. The bigger one seemed to be around the chimney. The other one, which was relatively small, seemed to be just in a nearby spot. I called up on Tuesday to arrange for somebody to come over for a roof inspection and work estimate. Somebody picked up the phone and arranged for an appointment the coming Friday. The appointment was at 10:00am . Ron who was the person assigned for the estimate, called to inform that he was running late due to his previous appointment. We rescheduled for 11:30am the same day. Ron showed up at 11:30 . I explained him the whole story and we went under the roof in the attic for him to take a look. He then climbed up on the roof. He realized that the smaller problem I was describing him might be related to a loose nail on one of the shingles in the roof. He tapped it with the hammer and that was it. He then explained that the major leak I had was most likely due to missing in some parts and worn out in other parts , rubber cement which was supposed to seal the chimney flushing . He asked me if I was a handy person and since I answered in the affirmative he suggested I should go and seal it with some appropriate sealant and that should solve my problem. I appreciated the directness, honesty and kindness of Ron's character and will not be using his and his company's services for this particular job . But I surely recommend him to Angie's list community and I will definitely be calling them up again in the future for other relevant work that we may require. Thank you Ron!

I received a call from the owner to schedule the appointment and was told 2 professional painters would arrive with all of the equipment. I knew in advance that I would need to get the primer and paint. When they showed up, they said they had no paint brushes or rollers so I had to go out and buy it myself. I was told they would tape the walls and fix holes where needed. When they left, they tape was coming off the walls and they left a few big holes in the walls. These "painters" were anything but professional painters. I tried calling the company back and left a few messages explaining that I had some concerns, but no one ever returned my calls. It is funny how they returned my calls prior to the work being performed, but no return calls about my concerns about the work performed. Very disappointed.

At first there was a misunderstanding about the date, but that was straightened out, they were very punctual, and cleaned up after themselves. Overall, a successful paint job!

The original representative was afraid to go up on my roof.. He said it was too steep. i had paid an initial payment of $149 and basically got nothing for it. They charged me an additional $300 to send another worker to perform the necessary work required. I would probably not use them again.

Unfortunately I was billed twice for overage at one of the houses roofed and am still waiting to have Prime resolve issue with American Express. I was charged without authorization when my sister had already paid by check.

Had a few issues with getting the final electrical work completed and some communication issues but all have been resolved. The finished product is amazing.

There was no need to use their services so I guess it went very well.

,Over all the final results were excellent though there was some variation in the skill sets involved to accomplish the work. The stone work was superb the best I have seen in the area. Manuel and his crew are truly master craftsmen, thoroughly skilled in what they do, professional and hard working. The stone vernier and the steps of the house are a work of art and I am very pleased with how both turned out. The roofing was excellent, very professionally done and passed township inspection the first time. The siding was good, there were some issues on window trim, but Prime especially Gino were very proactive in resolving any issues that cropped up and having corrections made such that the final product looked very good. The carpentry, window installation and whole house fan installation were good. There is not quite the level of excellence of the other crews as one of the windows installed is slightly out of plumb and movement of the wall could have finished better. This was a rather large undertaking and with this large and varied amount of work to be accomplished one must expect a few bumps in the road. Also being so far from the main offices posed some issues with command and control, however, I must compliment Prime and especially Gino in that they truly wanted to have the job done right and attain complete customer satisfaction. Any issues I brought up he was very proactive and getting the corrections made. He definitely made you feel you were important as the customer and would work very hard to ensure you were completely satisfied. In the end, the house looks fantastic, a total transformation from what it used to look like.

The workmen were very respectful and competent. However one side of the house ( the side only seen by one neighbor) was full of visible seams. That seemed to be unfixable, I don't know. It made for an imperfect job. The rest of the house looks good Communication with the owners was difficult both by phone or email. I think they are over committed. I said I would use them again but I would check out others first. The masonry looks good so it really is a mixed bag.

He did a good job. However it began to rain and the gutter began to leak between the gutter and the roof. They came back and fixed that problem. However, they were supposed to replace screens in my windows. He said he would order them and come install them. They gave me two new window screens.

Overrall, Prime was excellent. They started and finished in a timely matter. They responded quickly to any concerns we had.

Contractor's estimator (one of the owners) made an appointment, came on time, and gave me an estimate for the work. The work began about a week later; soon after it began, I was informed by phone that the estimate did not cover adding a layer of plywood before putting down the new shingles; the price of the job went up by $5,250.00. I believe such a significant part of the job should have been stated at least as a possibility at the time of the initial estimate. Things I liked: 1) The work is high quality. 2) When the job was finally completed, several items damaged/removed during the work were replaced with higher quality materials, installed in a better fashion than what was removed (particularly gutters and leaders).3) Several representatives of the company did apologize to me for errors/mistakes/omissions in the job, and they were eventually taken care of. Things I didn't like: 1) the extra cost (almost 50% cost increase to the job) for the plywood underlayment, with no reference at the time of estimate to its possibly being needed.2) The initial charge to my credit card was taken at the time of estimate, for 50% of the then-estimated job cost. That was as I agreed to. However, the remaining 2/3rds of the final cost was charged to my credit card without any notice and without any opportunity for me to agree that the job was completed. In fact, the job was not completed (see below).3) The job foreman left many items not quite finished, and I had to complain in order to get a crew back to finish the job. Finishing details included washing my siding and that of both neighbors' houses to remove marks left by the flinging of debris off the roof (although several small dents to a neighbor's aluminum siding still exist), replacing some aluminum fashia where wood was left bare just below the roof, cosmetically masking one area left unsightly by the removal of old material, and removing the unfinished edge of two lines of new shingles, which were hanging over the roof edge. The foreman was quite unprofessional in leaving such detailing unfinished.4) The foreman removed gutters from the roof edge and leaders from the gutters, stating "I don't like them." It was only after the second charge to my credit card and my complaining that a team of gutter guys came and a) removed the remaining material and b) replaced them (as I stated above, with higher quality material, installed in a better fashion). However, as part of removing the remaining material, this team also removed the gutters and leaders on the upper story of my front porch, which I had not told anyone to do. It took until August 4th, more than 3 months after the day of initial estimate, to get that crew back to finally install new gutters/leaders on the porch (although, as I stated above, the materials, workmanship and area of coverage are better than what was removed).

We had an appointment for an estimate. It resulted in a NO SHOW. When we called to check the status we were told that the person is stuck in traffic. Later they called to excuse themselves. There was no follow-up or communication from them post that day. In my mind it’s very unprofessional.

Did not show up to the appointment for the initial estimate. When called they were apologetic asking to reschedule so we rescheduled. Again, they did not show up. When called they didn't know what was going on and wanted to call back. Never called back... Seriously? Who conducts business this way... Imagine actually hiring someone like this and letting them into your home.

An estimator came over to evaluate roof repair. We talked about options and agreed on work that needs to be done. Was promised an estimate withing 48 hours. Never got one. Called the estimator and the main office to see if they going to send the estimate - no response.
