Perry came and give me a reasonable estimate. The job was done perfectly within a week. The best contractor I have dealt with.

Giant did an excellent job, one of the best contractors I have utilized and I would highly recommend Giant to others. Perry was extremely responsive, honest, his pricing was excellent and his crew led by Tony worked hard, diligently and in a highly professional manner. I maintained close eye on their work and there was rarely a time when there was an issue. If there was an issue, his crew never once complained and simply cleared up whatever the issue was even if it meant extra time. Perry came back with his crew several times after the job was completed to remedy some small items that I saw on my final reviews of the work. Never was there any complaint, it was all about doing the right thing and treating his customer with the utmost respect. I have worked with numerous contractors having bought this fixer upper of a home approx. 1 year ago and Giant was one of the best if not the best contractor I have hired in all the ways described above. I highly recommend them to my fellow Angie's List members for their future siding, roofing projects etc.

I asked for Giant to provide an estimate to replace our 100 year old windows, and, to my surprise, the OWNER of Giant arrived at my front door. Perry is a very nice, honest guy. He spent over an hour at our house, doing a complete walk-through, and gave us honest feedback about the cost. In the end, we decided not to replace our windows yet, until we save up the money for the project. That said, when we do, we will undoubtedly call Perry. My best compliments to Giant for treating its clients with care, even those like myself, who didn't hire them, (yet).

These guys were pheonominal! From the first day to the last this company was excellent. When we met with the owner, he listened to our concerns and our vision for the house. He worked with us very closely and we were able to get the end product we desired. Any time we called the owner, he called us back in a reasonbable amount of time. His workers were respectful of our property while they were working. I felt like they treated it as if it was their own house. Every day when they left, the property was cleaned up and the tools/materials were put away for the next day. They gave us a time range to complete the work and they were able to reach their deadline, even with a delayed delivery of the materials.

From the beginning of the project till the completion work crew led by foreman Alfonso did a marvelous job. He took care of every concern that we had. President of the company Mr. Perry always very prompt in returning calls visiting jobsite as often as he could. Overall we are very satisfied and intend to award future contracts like installing new deck and remodeling bathroom etc. No hesitation recommending to family and friends.

Theirs was the lowest bid so we were nervous but we had read good things here on Angie's list so we took a chance. They did not disappoint. Perry the owner is a stand-up guy and their foreman Tony is the kind of guy you want managing a project. Their team was courteous and took pride in their work. At the end of the project there were no unpleasant surprises and the job was done well. The place looks great. I would recommend these guys to anyone (and already have).

Perry and his crew were easy to deal with. You have to like a contractor that delivers everything he promises. From estimate , to contract to completion. I would recommend Giant to any homeowner--without reseravtions

TBD...So far, Giant is the only company I've been able to schedule an appointment with. I chose Giant due to their reviews on Angies list and for their overall scope of work...I'm in the process of buying a house that requires a lot of work including replacing: windows, doors, siding, and repairing or replacing a roof...I hope to establish a great working, relationship with Giant - or similar Co - early on as I plan to complete these projects in phases and it would be a huge relief to have a "go-to" contractor that I can depend on and trust. Will be sure to provide you with updates as the project progresses.

Giant Siding and WIndows ROCKS! I've used them previously for new siding on my home and roof. Perry (owner) is great to work with and solid guy. His crew does an excellent job and are extremely professional. Never had to worry about a shotty job or clean up. We scheduled an estimate on a Thursday and Perry was able to send a guy out to get the work done Saturday morning. He followed up with a report of the inspection along with his recommended actions.

Incredibly well. A bit longer than we had hoped but in the end perfect. Perry is a gem of a guy as is his crew.

From start to finish giant provided me with excellent service and constant professionalism. Perry the owner personally came out to our home and helped guide us with choosing the proper siding and explained our roof repair in detail so we knew what and how it was being done.. His professional and easy going personality was refreshing and made us feel very comfortable. He was available to us threw out the project to answer any questions or concerns. His forman Tony and his crew were also very professional and provided us with outstanding results. They were conscious threw out the project of keeping our house and property clean of debris and when they completed the job we were more then happy with the results. We will definitely be using Giant in the near future for our roof and windows and would refer them one hundred percent.

I knew I picked the right company when Perry called me back within minutes of the message I left for him. Perry and the team are very professional and personable. They were on the job site way before I left for work and were there way after I got home. Tony and the guys worked long days and nights to finish. They were very efficient and I enjoyed working with them. Everything was left neat and clean at the end of each day. The job Perry and his team did was wonderful and Perry was very responsive to calls about the job as it progressed. You can?t even tell the house was done in different stages. Everything matched perfectly. Giant exceeded all my expectations. Our house looks so much better than before and I look forward to working with the guys again soon. I was very pleased how quickly everything came together. I can?t wait to start Phase II ? a new deck?..I highly recommend Perry and the guys.

I can't say enough about this company and Perry Hayes. Perry and his team are efficient, friendly, talented and professional. It was amazing how quickly they got this job done, and everything is absolutely perfect. We were heading right into Superstorm Sandy- the storm actually began the day after these guys left. Great, I thought, install new siding and and a roof just to have it blown away. Perry said not to worry, and he was right. Everything held up perfectly! We still have neighbors stopping their cars to tell us how great the house looks.

We had a very good experience. We knew we liked the product, but Perry came back to show us colors and had us go to see a home nearby to see his work too. Very professional, he had samples and gave us his opinion as well. He answered all of our questions and then worked with my husband to get what we could do in our budget. Like most things, the timing wasn't great as we were having our son's birthday party in our backyard during the installation, but the workmen were really great at cleaning up the day before to make sure everything was put away out of reach and cleaned up nicely. We love how it looks!

Our roof suffered damage from the previous winter. My insurance provider covered a full roof replacement. Giant (Perry Hayes) was the first and best estimate. First, he was in the ballpark with price. Most importantly, he provided the necessary background support of a professional and he could get on the job right away. His crew tackled the job in little more than a day. They ripped off the old roof and had plywood, paper and several runs of shingles completed by day one. The mess was cleaned up and carted away that day, too. At the end of day two, we had a brand new roof. All the debris was cleared, and we were ready for rain. I would recommend them to friend and family. They are that good.

Sales process was very easy and relaxed. No hard sales tactics or pressure here. Very upfront and honest. We developed a comfort level with Perry right from the get go. In regards to installation, his crew was very professional and clean. We are looking to forward to dealing with Perry and his team again in the future.

They were great, they were understanding of the situation. We had hired someone else, who ripped the siding off, leaving the old siding exposed. They put a tarp up in the back, and then left without doing the replacement of the siding. Perry, the owner, came out and did the estimate for us on site, and now that the work is done, the house looks great, this work was done at my mother's I just bought a house and will definitely be using them to do the work at my house. I would highly highly reccommend this company. They were one of the most professional service providers I have ever dealt with.

Perry and his team at Giant Siding & Windows did a great job on our siding and roof. It started with stripping off multiple layers of siding (at least 2) and then stripping off 2 to 3 layers of old shingle on the roof! They knocked that our quickly, cleaned up and had the new siding/shingle and roof up shortly thereafter. Perry's team worked quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use them again.

Perry and his guys are consummate professionals. The price was very reasonable, the guys on the crew were punctual, considerate and professional, and the complete job was done in 2-3 days, which I believe was phenomenal. I really thought it would take weeks to get everything done including ordering the materials. The materials were delivered in days and the guys got started immediately. They were extremely neat and the job site was clean at the end of each day. I would not hesitate, even for a second, to recommend Giant for any job.

The estimate was was very reasonable and Perry (owner) took his time to walk us through the process. They started AND FINISHED on time. Clean up was thorough. The roof is great and the siding looks great too. We couldn't be happier. We will definitely use them again if we need work.

Perry and his team were professional and punctual from start to finish. I called them to fix some damaged siding on the front of my house. I was having guests over that weekend and told him that I needed this done ASAP. Perry was extremely flexible, punctual and delivered exactly what he had indicated. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I left a message with a woman after office hours and was pleasantly surprised that someone contacted me within the hour. She left a voicemail and I called back the next during regular business hours. I spoke with Perry and explained what I needed done. Although he said that he doesn't really take care of that, he was extremely patient and helpful with giving me tips to finding someone who would. Overall, it was a great experience and I'd consider dealing with this company again.
