Description of Work: I installed one ductless Mistubishi AC unit on my first floor. | |They were very good from the beginning. I called 4 other places for an estimate and Absolute Comfort was the most honest and considerate company out of the 4. Paul also gave me tips on what to do with my upstairs rooms, since I couldn't install one upstairs due to lack of wall space. Paul was extremely helpful, very accommodating and easy to work with. They were punctual for the most part, except for one time, when they came to install the unit. I had to take a half day off, so there was a bit of inconvenience, but everything worked out fine. (The installer was very apologetic) | |Also, I was surprised that the prices were so different according to companies. Absolute comfort's cost was the lowest, easiest to work with, and most helpful. | |I would wholeheartedly recommend them if you need a ductless AC unit installed. Paul had contacted me last week to see how things are, but unfortunately (or fortunately..) this summer has been so cool that I have not yet had the chance to try it out... But knowing that I can contact them if I have any questions or concerns is a BIG relief, since it was a very big investment for me.

Description of Work: Gave an estimate on new water heater. I waited about 2 weeks for the estimate, they had said it would be sent to me in a couple of days. They were hardly apologetic that it took so long. Their quote was also much higher than the other two companies I received estimates from.

This price includes the part that they had to replace. They were very accommodating. They had to come back, and they really worked with my schedule. They fixed my boiler and got it going again. I did not get other estimates, so I cannot judge the price. I will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

It went great. The whole project was finished in a timely manner, and at the end of each day, you would have never known that they had been there. Every piece of dust was cleaned. The end result was that we were left with a very efficient system. If we had questions, they were just a telephone call away 24/7. We recommend this company without reservation.
