The first part was fine. We paid for a yearly maintenance contract - and they are a NO SHOW. They have not responded to phone calls or emails.

I happened to be browsing contractors to provide me with an estimate for the installation of a heat pump for the home office when I came upon a coupon/special being run by Absolute Comfort. I immediately selected the special and Absolute Comfort contacted me promptly to review the work. Paul came over to assess the work and stuck to the price of the special and his installers performed the work completely to my satisfaction. The team that came to do the installation was professional and went through all the details with me. When the two man team showed up to install the unit I recognized one of them, and after going through my receipts, I discovered that I have been using Absolute Comfort for a few years now to perform the AC tune-up in the spring. The gentleman I recognized was the same person who had tuned up the AC unit in the past. Again, excellent work on the AC tune-up and heat pump installation. Overall, job well done. Highly recommend!!

Absolute Comfort team is just fantastic. Paul is extremely knowledgeable. Raj and Steve are amazing installers who clearly take pride in their work. I decided to take advantage of the ConEd rebate and finally install a whole house mini split heat pump system. I had received multiple quotes but a lot of them didn't want to apply for the ConEd rebate and others sent sales people who were barely knowledgeable on what the install would entail. Paul showed up to review the work and give me a quote and he was extremely knowledgeable on the system to be installed and how the piping should be. He foresaw potential issues in the initial consult and came up with a game plan to address them instead of sales people telling me "we'll have the lead come and check the project after you sign the contract". Absolute comfort was slightly (around $500) more than the lowest quote for the same install but I decided to go with them because of how knowledgeable they seemed. Once the contract was signed and the work began, the installers Raj and Steve did a great job getting the install done over the course of 4 days in a professional manner. They even bought a bag of leveling stones to level out the area where the outdoor unit would be installed. They could've easily just moved some dirt around to make it work but they didn't cut any corners. They made adjustments where I gave them feedback and the install looks beautiful. They clearly take great pride in their work. To add to all of this, they sealed up my neighbor's mini split pipe run (installed by someone else) and even covered it with hide-a-line for FREE as a thank you for letting them using her yard to access one side of my house. Neighbor was willing to pay for it but they refused. Highly recommend and would hire again. As an aside they are Mitsubishi Diamond Contractors so the warranty for all units is 12 years with 2 year labor warranty.

I am extremely happy with the installation and service provided by Absoulte Comfort. I received two different quotes for the job, one from Absolute Comfort and the other from a competitor (who came highly recommended by my contractor). In the end, Absolute Comfort came in at a lower price for the same exact job, and its competitor (who was more expensive) told me to go with Absolute Comfort because he could not mach the price and that they also do a wonderful job. I am so happy I went with Absolute, they were very professional and fast! Thank you Paul & Raj!!

Paul is very knowledgeable in multi zone systems and gave me reasonable price for the quality equipment. He is very reachable through phone, text or emails. When we had another option to consider he came to the house, reviewed and agreed to the change without added cost. Multizone systems are more efficient, can cool or heat and can be controlled wirelessly and by phone so they are worth extra cost. Raj is experienced, punctual, very accommodating and hard working. Inspections went very smoothly,

Excellent work every step of the way from initial communications through job completion. The installer removed the old units from the job site and installed the new ones perfectly. They were very careful and left our house neat and clean.

Very well. It's been 3 years and the system has been working just fine. Paul and his team did a great job. One of the things they did which was above and beyond is that ConEd had a rebate system going on for new, energy efficient HVAC systems. They not only gave us the form, they filled them out for us! All of which was deeply appreciated.

Great. I called on a Friday and they came that same day. The technician diagnosed the problem and promised to call me back on Monday with an estimate. He called me back on Monday with the estimate which involved ordering the part. They came on Tuesday and put in the new circuit board and the AC is working great now.

We hired Absolute Comfort to install a ductless A/C system. I did tons of research and spoke to multiple companies and am happy that we ended up selecting them. First of all, Paul’s pricing was very competitive. Secondly, I asked him a ton of questions over the course of a few months and he always came back with quick and substantive answers. In addition to the initial visit, his installer came out a couple times to address specific questions on placement. Since I did so much research I had a strong idea of how to do things and they were happy to accommodate our requests but Paul also pushed back on a couple key areas and his recommendations were spot on. Everyone who worked on the project was on time, work was clean, and they were great at making any adjustments we asked for. We used the electrician that he recommended and they were also great and coordinated with Paul's team. We've been very comfortable so far this summer, and the units are so efficient that we were very pleased with our last few electric bills. I'd definitely give them a call if you're in the market for an HVAC install.
