We were very happy with Howard's service, his friendly manner, and his fair price. We were in a fairly desperate situation as the plumbing in the entire house wasn't working at all, and he responded very promptly. He will definitely be the person we call when another plumbing situation arises.

The company fixed a leak in the toelet by installing a new part and another leak outside by changing the old defective valves and faucets with a new and more efficient one. The job was done with care and professionally. We are pleased with their service.

They replaced a leaking faucet for me.They did a wonderful job. They were on time and very professional. The price was afforable, they even called me 24 hours later to make sure that everything and I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

It was great. My overall impression was okay but when the plumber came to do the job, he sat in the truck the whole time while his helper was out working..

They plumber during the scheduled time slot. He identified where the leak was at and explained to me what needed to be done and the cost. He replaced the piping. I didn't tell him originally that I found them on Angie's List, but he saw the magnet on the refrigerator and gave me a discount on the bill. I will definitely use them again.

These guys were great. They were professional and explained everything.

Pro Mechanical Plumbing was very prompt and responsive. They kept me up-to-date as to when they would be arriving. They were very friendly and professional. They knew what was wrong; fixed it in short order. Called me a couple of days later to see if the repair worked. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Our water heater stopped working at 2am Saturday morning. Called Howard @ 8am and surprisingly he picked up the phone! Send him some pictures of my water heater, gave me an estimate within minutes and was at the house by the afternoon to do the work. Reasonable price, prompt service, and professional demeanor.

What service!! Howie was at my home within an hour of my call on an early Thursday evening. The hot water heater was old and there was water around it. I had an important meeting to attend, and Howie said he could get the job done in time for me to make it. He was good for his word. This is the second time I have used Pro Mechanical Plumbing. I am very happy with the work that was done.

It went great. He had all the parts in his truck and worked cleanly and efficiently. Sunday, another part of the boiler started leaking and he was there within two hours of our call and did not charge us for the followup.

The owner (Howie) personally came to my home the day I called to get an accurate account of the work that will be necessary. He took the time to evaluate the entire system and provided several options to correct the issues associated with the sink and was very straight forward with the corrections that were absolutely needed and others that were recommended. Once a repair plan was in place he scheduled all work to be completed on a time schedule that worked well for me. The next day, at the time agreed upon, a technician (Rudy) was at my home and conducting the ordered repairs. Howie was unavailable due to a prior engagement but would have done the work himself. That being said Rudy was extremely professional and performed as if he owned the company himself. The work was done meticulously and efficiently. Rudy double checked all work for possible leaks prior to leaving and also looked into other plumbing issues prior to leaving at no additional cost. In addition, Rudy provided his personal contact number in case of any unforeseen issues associated with the repair in order that they may be fixed expeditiously. Both Howie and Rudy were professional,extremely resourceful and willing to take the time to explain all aspects of the repairs. Lastly, the Angie's List discount was honored.

He came last week, and fixed the boiler leak. Then, when a different part of the boiler started leaking, he came back the day we called him (ON A SUNDAY!) within an hour, and fixed it, no charge, because he felt he should have caught the problem last time. Extremely professional and courteous. I'll *absolutely* call Pro Mechanical in the future.

Howie was readily available when I called him. I told him my work was not urgent, and he made it clear that he had several emergency clients to deal with first. He came about 2 weeks later. He and his co-worker were very courteous. He made a thorough assessment of my complaints and needs and recommended what needed to be done. He recommended that I NOT have my main drain cleaned as it was probably not necessary. He replaced the flushing mechanisms in 2 toilets and replaced the hot and cold faucets on the tub. They were very clean and did not leave any mess behind. I received an estimate for each item prior to the work being done. The price seemed fair although I had nothing to compare it to. Prior to their leaving, I noticed something was not aligned properly. They fixed it immediately, and with a smile. Howie called me a few days later to see if everything was okay. In all, I was very pleased with the work.

I called them to cancel the appointment, as I completed the job myself. I am unsure about the type of job they would have done. I was disappointed in their responsiveness to come out to the work for me.

Howie and Rudy showed up the same day as I called at a time that was convenient for me. They were on time, very professional and very nice to deal with. They inspected the issue, which was very minor and addressed it quickly for the minimum service call amount. It is great to find nice, reliable people and I would definitely recommend them to friends / anyone that needs plumbing service.

We got 3 quotes and Pro Mech was right in the middle. I didn't go with the cheapest quote because inevitably they wound up adding on all sorts of stuff that sound like I need it, and it ends up the more expensive of the 3. The most expensive guy was impossible to get a hold of, and...he was real expensive. Pro Mech showed up for the estimate when they said they would, gave me a quote for the work including everything (no hidden fees or add-ons). When I decided to go with them things moved fast and the job was done before I knew it. Afterward the bill was for how much Howie told me it would be, and that was it, done. This place is easy to deal with, super friendly, and honest. They aren't the cheapest around, but they aren't the most expensive and to be honest, you do get what you pay for and this was worth the extra few bucks. I am glad to finally find a good plumber that I can trust and would definitely use Pro mechanical again in the future. They were also really good with our cats and dogs. Sorry it took so long to leave this feedback.

Everything went as explained. Provider even took an air compressor to all of the nine radiators and cleaned out the accumulation of dust and dirt that twenty years of neglect had deposited.

Howie and his team really helped us out with a bad situation last week -- we had three leaks in our basement (two of which Howie and his assistant plumber Rudy proactively found for us). Howie made sure to fit us in, working tirelessly for hours until all of the leaks (and some other minor plumbing issues) were fully resolved. He also checked our hot water heater a few days later when I thought we had another leak and assured me that everything was fine. He is very knowledgeable and takes customer service seriously. He tries to get to customers ASAP and explains, in a way that is not condescending, what the plumbing issues are. We wholeheartedly recommend Howie and his team and will definite call him again if we have any plumbing issues.

Pro Mechanical Plumbing arrived within an hour after I called him. He was very freindly and explained the problem to me very well. He wanted to use a one lenght line to avoid any connections and went back to his office to get the line. He and his assistant were very neat and used a mat to cover the floor to avoid making the floor dirty. He did the work very fast and neat. I would use the company again .

They put back the sink onto its brackets reinforced it from beneath with 2x4s and re siliconed. They worked cleanly and efficiently.

Professional, courteous, prompt, friendly. They did everything they said they would do and they did it well! Most pleased with the service, especially on short notice.

Discovered water in the basement at about 1:00 PM while babysitting for my daughter. They just moved into the house this year and didn't know a plumber. Looked on Angies list for a recommended plumber. I called and got the owner, Howie on the phone. He said he'd come over that same day. He arrived about 5:00 and determined the cause. He needed some equipment to repair so called in an associate. While waiting for the equipment, he covered the steps and the floors of the finished basement to protect from any dirt or damage. By 7:00 all was repaired. My daughter, son-in-law, and I were all pleased. Howie is a real pro and a good guy.

Went great. Came the same day and when he said he would. He was professional and clean. He even suggested I watch to learn so next time I can do it myself (This is a good thing).
