The company was very professional. Sully/ Mike was very COMPETENT and did a great job fixing the problem. He is the only on who came and gave us very informative advise on what needs to be done in our home.I will definitely recommend them and will hire the company again for future needs.

They came to clean a woodstove stainless steel flue. I mentioned about my chipped 1957 clay flue for the furnace. They checked it to see that the former chimney guy used a round flue cap for the square clay pipe. That clay pipe was cracked, water was entering the square hole/round cap configuaration, and the original flue mortar cap was cracked. It turned out more expensive than originally planned, but I now have a water tight cap, with the correct square flue cap, on a new clay pipe extension from the original. Oh yes, the chimney flue cleanout for the woodstove went well. They were neat. Would hire again.

Very good customer service. Arrived on time. Courteous and friendly. Offered the obligatory upgrades and additional services for future consideration but not pushy. Seems like this is somewhat of a known approach in this industry. Would have gotten five stars but left garbage bag full of soot at the curb without telling me. It could have easily been placed in the trash can if they weren't planning on taking it.

I had big cracks in my chimney base and many spaces between the bricks. Basement would take on water from the chimney problems. Fred gave me a fair estimate, was extremely friendly, always on time, and his workmanship was neat and exceptional. I will call Fred in the future for all my chimney work, including sweeping the chimney. If you hire Fred, you will be ultimately satisfied with him and his work.
