I needed pictures for my insurance co for Super storm Sandy and they provided them for me. My problem was resolved and I didn't have any leak during the rain last night. The owner did the work himself. He was a pleasure to deal with, efficient, and very knowledgeable. At my request, he pointed out other potential problems with the second chimney, gave me an estimate, and left it up to me. He wasn't pushy in the least. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I used Fred's Chimney Magic for liner replacement in one of the chimneys and cleaning of another. Office communications were great when selecting time and keeping me in the loop. The work was done fast and guys cleaned up after themselves well. The only part I didn't like was that the original estimate they gave was pretty high and I had to shop around and then have them price-match it. This saved me about 25% off the estimate.

Put request in on Sunday...Called on Monday. Appointment on Wednesday. Showed up on time, explained what they were doing and were neat. Price was as quoted.
