Chimney Magic was very knowledgeable about code and requirements around stainless steel liners being required for clay fireplaces. They waterproofed the chimney after installing the liner, even rebuilding part of the chimney that had loose bricks. They were professional and really explained the issues. I highly recommend them!

Rob, Alonzo, and Harvey came to replace the single wall liner in my chimney with a double wall liner. Rob was very thorough in explaining everything throughout the job. He showed me what had been installed, what would be installed, and despite a very tight boiler room, did an amazing job of getting everything done. The liner install looks way more secure, and the boiler room was cleaner than when they found it. It was raining heavy the night before - the guys even took their shoes off without my asking. Very professional, kind, and informative. True professionals.

First everyone should get a digital co2 monitor i unfortunately had co2 in my house yesterday and I regret not finding this number yesterday. The staff was efficient quick and the technician was knowledgeable and helpful. It ends up not to b a chimney issue and a boiler issue but I appreciate the professional input to rule this out as a possible back up or blockage. I highly recommend Tommy and Alex.
