Chris and his associate arrived promptly after calling to say they were on their were way. Both were pleasant, friendly, courteous and worked efficiently. It was a very good experience all in all and I would surely recommend them. I plan to call them to clean my fireplace chimney in the fall.

Scheduling was easy. They were prompt and professional. They phoned me 1/2 hour before arriving and went to work immediately. I would use them again.

It worked out really good and I told them that I was going to hire them again. There was nothing that I disliked about their services. They called me before and let me know when the guys would be here. They called when the guys were in front of my house. They came 5 minutes before their time, which is really good.

Went well. Basic, but potentially dirty job. Workers were careful, neat and cleaned up when complete. All went well.

At first I thought there was something wrong ,at first. I originally got this company off Angie s list for the promo sale this company was having I think it was a cleaning for 69 or 79 dollars I don't remember . When they came to my house they started the service then after words they hit me with the doom and gloom how my chimney is not up to standards and it needs a lot of work and that the bill would be, let's just say what we negotiated on to what they wanted to charge me was a lot less. All in all the company was great nock on wood I haven't had any problems and my burning has been better since then. Like I said at first, it was questionable but afterwards it was worth the investment to fix. Forgive me I forgot the workers name who was at my house but I do remember he was a gentleman and answered all my questions along the way and at every step. They cleaned up everything as well and cleaned my drier vent at a discount as well.

They came on time and were responsive and courteous. worked quickly and effectively and left the are in excellent condition.

They were very thorough, I liked that they were very thorough and explained why I couldn't use one type of gutter shield over another one. And very efficient. They followed up with a phone call.

when they came and started to work and placed plastic panels instead of shown in picture metal one!!!!! on angie's list. and said they will charge more for metal one and I was disappointed and donot want to deal any more. Initially they said they will clean gutter and easily open gutter cover with unscrew two screws per panel and power wash it but subsequently said they cannot open up gutter halmet and cannot do it!!!!!! I also disappointed to complain even at angie's list. Why wast time after this. I already wasted tremendous time after them while bumping appointment per their fault.

OK...But the workers were not aware of the full scope of what we paid for.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They came out very well. They offered replacing something that was optional and it turned out that it wasn't really necessary. The service was good. The person who came was very professional and we have no complaints. Everything was fine. He was punctual and did what he was supposed to do. He gave me some feedback about hat he thought would be the more desirable option and then when he checked, he realized that we don't have gas and what he was recommending was for a gas line. They're a reputable organization and they want to maintain their good standing. I would use them if I needed chimney cleaning.

I was happy with the work that they did. They came out and gave me an estimate. They were very professional and came back when they said they would. They called me back and informed me that they would be giving me a 10% off since I was a Angie’s list member.

They were prompt and efficient. Easy to schedule the appointment. Overall, very easy to work with. Gave me information on gutter guards and cost for install. The workers were pleasant and got the job done quickly and properly. Would definitely use them again for cleaning and any work needed related to gutters/chimney.

From initial scheduling to a call letting me know when they were on the way to the house, communication was excellent. Tom arrived on time, took a look at the whole house and provided an estimate I felt was very reasonable for the work needed. He was efficient, polite and fully explained the charges after work was completed. I will certainly be calling them again for all future chimney and gutter work and recommend them highly!

Dealing with everyone from this Company was easy. They arrived on time (calling 1/2 before as promised); set about working, did everything requested. Tommy and his helper were polite, knowledgeable and worked hard. Janice, my phone contact and job scheduler, is a doll. It is really nice to work with a honest, up-front company without a hard sell.... just honest folks who do a great job… and call the next day to assure that there are no problems…. I recommend the company HIGHLY… this is my second review… and I am still extremely pleased… will continue to use this company for my home…

Great! Super-nice people, professional, polite, and did a great job ... for an incredible price. We had a couple of scheduling delays ... roof work in thunderstorms is not a good thing. But they kept us updated and scheduled. Very happy! Want it "done right" at a fair price? These are the guys.

Good, the service was done professionaly, they showed up on time after rescheduling first date. measured gutters and gave estimate on additional services with a discount. work was done quickly and left recommendations on additional work which the company called back to check on.

What Fred's Chimney Magic/JFT did for what I bought was very good and they are very nice. They came on a Saturday so I didn't have to take a day off and I would probably recommend them. They gave me a quote for other work that was very high. I felt like I got a good deal for what I bought but if I wanted anything else it was ridiculous. I would use them if I got a good deal but I wouldn't use them to pay full price for anything else because I thought it was kind of high.

Showed up when promised, performed chimney sweep professionally, CLEANLY, and completed as promised. Repaired area disturbed during work competently and cleanly. Discussed other needs in professional, businesslike manner. At my request provided estimates for possible future work. Overall - very satisfied, would recommend.

I called the office they was friendly, professional and informative. They called me back to confirm appointment. He called before arriving to my house that he was on his way. They arrived on time. Evaluated my gutters. They did a great job cleaning gutters. My husband and I highly recommend them. I will call them again in the future.
