Very nice people, the guys were quick and polite. Pricing was very good for dryer vent cleaning AND they DO NOT charge to come and give an estimate like many other places do. My dryer vent is on the second floor and required a ladder to reach (which isn't hard) and many other places told me there's an extra charge for second floor vents. Not Fred's Chimney Magic - the price they quoted was the price I paid. My only qualm, or maybe it shouldn't be, is that they did not pull out the dryer to inspect the flex line and into the dryer. In the past, companies that did the work for me pulled the dryer. Maybe things have changed or maybe it's the equipment they use, I don't know, but I'm not overly worried. The vent line is a pretty straight run on galvanized hard metal tubing and the air flow is excellent so it's likely nice and clear in the dryer and the flex. The one thing that makes me cringe: The photo of the truck shows the plural "chimneys" written as "chimney's". An apostrophe indicates possessive, not plural. Yeah, I'm an English geek!

Everyone was great and professional the technician Tommy was really good. He took time to explain all my options to me and at the end he recommend the best thing to fix my problem without killing my pockets.

Great job!!! I called with an issue of my dryer not heating up to full strength, so I called up and with in hours they were at my front door pleasant, kind and even cleaned up derby that came from the vent. I will call them again excellent work!!!!

Great! Chris & Jason arrived on time, looked over the job, and listened to my concerns. They explained how they planned to approach the job and got right to work. They were efficient, but took the time make sure they did a thorough job. They even tightened the gutter nails, because they thought the loosening might be contributing to my clog problems. It may seem peculiar, but I actually enjoyed my gutter servicing! Adding to my positive experience, I received a follow-up call from Chimney Magic to check whether I was satisfied with the service received.

EXCELLENT! Service was prompt, courteous, and fairly priced. The company made a special accommodation for me because my tenants were without heat and hot water due to a crumbling flue liner blocking the exhaust from the boiler. I'm an absentee landlord and that presents many challenges in situations like this. They were a total pleasure to do business with.
