Professional, neat, would highly recommend them

Really nice guys. Did a great job. Had some suggestions and gave me estimates for additional work but were not pushy at all. Even brought a heavy package in for me off the porch. Would definitely use again and recommend to family and friends. Called a few days later to follow up and make sure I was happy with service. Very happy, thank you!!

It was fine. They were punctual. They came and gave me a quote. They did the work on the same day.

The work went very well. We had used this company about a year ago for other work. They always call the day before to confirm the approximate time that the work will be done. They call after the work is done to make sure we are satisfied. This time my husband was not home when the work was done. He had a question regarding the edge of the gutter guard. Fred's sent two workers to look into my husband's concern. They reassured us that the gutter guards were as they should be. We have found them to be professional, responsive and friendly. We have been happy with the quality of their work. We would use them again for additional work.

This company is very professional and remarkable detailed, this was a special through Angie's Service, they called right away to schedule the work, and called back for feedback after the job was done. Mr Fred (I assume is the owner) came to do the job with his assistant, and performed the service. The Chimney inspection and the sweep that he did from the basement itself, (did not go onto the roof) took about 15-20 mins. Not sure how long these services take, but he thought the chimney was fine, did not need anything further. Pleased with the job, just wish they did other services. Would highly recommend the company.

Two guys came for an inspection, cleaning and to put on a cap. I ended up needing an additional cap (for the oil burner) which they installed. The guys were courteous and professional and really knew their business. I plan on having them come back in the spring for some additional work.

I was expecting a chimney cleaning but was told chimney was blocked and that there was no lining. According to vendor gas furnace chimneys need to have a liner per code. I was not prepared to spend so much money at this time. However, the service tech was professional, knowledgeable and generally I would say excellent service. Company called back to see if I was satisfied, which is a big plus. I would recommend them without reservation and use them again.

The two workers who came to the house were very professional. They sweep the chimney and cleaned the dryer vent. When they left the area both inside and outside the house was very clean as if they were not there. They came on time and called prior to showing up at the house. The best part of using this service was I was not told that my chimney needed repair as always has happened for the past twenty years of using other companies. We will be using them on a yearly basis.

Tommy and assistant were very nice, very professional and just wonderful. Tommy explained everything very well and did not try to talk me into spending more . Extremely happy with service.

2 servicemen came within the window of time that my appt was for and they called to say they were on their way as a courtesy. They replaced my steel chimney cap and the wire pull for the flu that broke during a storm. Cleaned the entire chimney and base. It went very quickly, neatly and they were a pleasure.

It went very well. They came promptly. I haven't had any difficulties since.

The Deal was for a chimney cleaning and inspection. When I got the invoice from the technician, it didn't mention anything about the inspection. I called the office in regards this, and the receptionist said he must have forgot to do the inspection. The cleaning went well, but I doubt I will use this company in the future.

The overall service went great! Originally I had the appointment scheduled for Friday, but due to weather condition, the office called to reschedule the appointment. The rep on the phone was very courteous and was able to accommodate me with an appointment for the next day. Before the crew arrived, the office rep gave me a call to give me a headsup. Mike and Greg (aka Sully) arrived and were very professional. They inspected the gutters and went right to work. They were very thorough and courteous and answered any questions that I have had. All in all, I am very happy with the service and will definitely re-hire them for next year's cleaning as well as recommending them for their services.

I never used this company before, but I'll certainly keep their number because I would use them again and recommend them. I like that they only gave a 2 hour window as opposed to the 6 or 8 everyone else gives. And then they were actually right on time, which is odd for most workers these days, but it was definitely a good thing. The workers were very friendly and quick. They've obviously done this a million times, because they come in and they both did what they're supposed to do like a well oiled machine. They were literally in and out of the house in like 15 minutes, but they did the job. They made some recommendations/suggestions, but no hard sale, and I like that. Overall excellent service and definitely recommended.

Everything worked out great! There were no additional fees beyond the cost of the deal. They cleaned everything out and left no mess behind. When they came in, they recommend a couple of things that I did not see before. They were honest and did not try to overcharge anything. They were also able to give recommendations on my chimney for what needed to be done.

Excellent customer service with on time performance. Very thorough cleaning and evaluation of gas furnace chimney and fireplace chimney, neither of which required cleaning. Friendly and professional. Techs were Chris and Kevin.

i called them on a thursaday because another company didn't show up or call to tell me they weren't coming. i found JFT with a coupon on angies list. i called immediately and spoke with the women on the phone who were terrific and able to give me an appointment for the following day they told me the cost $125. i received a call the following day confirming that they would show up in 15min, which they did. 2 men cleaned the fireplace box, the fireplace flue and then check to find my boiler flue. they complete the job in an hr. the men were polite, and keep my house as clean as when they arrived. the cost was $125, just what they quoted on the phone. i received a call the following day to see if everything was fine. i would definitely use them again recommend them to everyone. :)

Nice people-nice job-no mess

They did a thorough job. Was a two man team and arrived on time. After finishing the services, one of them told me to change the dryer vent and gave an estimate for chimney cleaning and the dryer vent replacement. Which was nice as I did not know that the vent needed replacement. I will use them again for these services.

They were unbelievable my best experience with a contractor ever . Fred and Alonzo were awesome the workmanship was outstanding and Fred's knowledge was second to none . They sleeved my chimney for oil to gas conversion re-point chimney from roof up and while they were up there gave me a complimentary gutter cleaning . What nice guys and great work . Very glad I chose them . Thanks Fred

Mr Freddy was very nice, his manner was professionalism all the way with a friendliness. He came to look at a job that another angie's list company give me, because I a bit uneasy with the first company. Did not do the job, but will definitely use them in the future.
