The 3 chimney caps looks great and the new liner system will definitely increase the efficiency of my furnace and restore the integrity of the chimney.

Great service. Scheduled the visit the day after I purchased the big deal. They gave me an hour and a half window and they showed up just as promised. The cleaning was thorough the the tech pointed out some issues to address in the future. Did not hard sell or use scare tactics, just took his time to explain and answer all my questions. Will be using them again when I 'm ready to address the issues raised.

The Provider showed up on time and provided the service professionally. Setting up the appointment was a good experience as well. Fred's was responsive and the represenative was courteous and followed up several times to make sure all was according to plan. Upon inspection, the Provider also recommended service of our oil flue and provided tips as to when our chimney, etc. should be cleaned. All in all this was a good service and I would use them again.

Providers were honest in informing owner that no major gutter cleaning was required.

Went very well. They were punctual, great work, did everything they were supposed to, great follow up to confirm appointment and follow up after to see if everything went well and if I had any questions. When I called the Forman with a question , I had to leave a message, but he got right back to me. Would highly recommend them. went very well.called when on way to home. arrived on time. one man inside and one on roof. cleaned out chimmney and vacuumed up. showed me where flue chips where falling and gave me info on fixing problem. was very very pleased

They were extremely professional, cleaned out all of the creosote that had collected over last winter from my wood burning stove, helped me out with a wildlife issue (squirrels) explaining how to deal with it, as they have a lot of experience trapping and eradicating pests, overall I am very pleased with their service, I would certainly use them again or for any of the other services that they provide.

It went very well. They are nice people. They did a good job and left the work area clean. There were two workers. It took them a couple hours to complete.

Initial contact was fast after buying through Angie's list. She was extremely courteous on the phone and chose one of the dates I suggested for service. She gave me an approximate time of arrival and told me she would call to confirm the day prior to service. I received a call the day before the service informing me that I would be the first stop and the technician would arrive between 8 and 9am. The day of service the technician called and informed me he would be arriving around 8:30 am. He was very respectful, thorough, and pointed out some issues I should address. I received a follow up call to ensure that I was satisfied with the service. The customer service was top notch and so polite. I will definitely use them again.

two men came to my home to inspect the chimney and clean it we found out that we need some work done and the men were able to provide a thorough estimate for the services needed. both men were friendly and professional
